Fulwood Dental Aesthetic and Implant Centre

After searching for so long and feeling really worried about my tooth, I was so lucky to find Dr. Ahmed and his assistant. I came in with a terrible pain, and I honestly can’t thank them enough. Dr. Ahmed is skilled, calm, and really such a kind person . His assistant,she is amazing ,so gentle, polite, and quietly caring. I had zero pain during treatment and I left feeling relieved, well cared for, and very grateful. I truly can’t recommend Dr. Ahmed and his assistant enough ,they are excellent at what they do and treat their patients with genuine care. Also the clinic is very clean, warm, and welcoming, and even the reception staff are really kind.

Dr Laksh was so skillful with fixing my chipped tooth and sorting out a crown for me. Very professional and did a wonderful job for me. He was very patient in explaining the procedure too. Thank you for your professional input. And not to forget his kind assistant, Faye in keep checking if I was ok throughout the procedure. She even applied vaseline to help my dry lips. Oh how kind that was. So thank you so much for a good day in the dental surgery with Dr Laksh and team today. Much appreciated!

I think the practice at Fulwood Dental Aesthetic and Implant Centre runs fairly well and delivers satisfactory customer service, however there are some areas that could be improved. The review that follows relates to my last appointment: My routine 'check-up' went well and did not last for too long. However, there are a few things that could be improved. I received both text and voicemail messages to remind me of my appointment date and time, the voicemail message was largely inaudible and difficult to understand though. Despite the communication between the patient and the practice not being the best, it is clear that staff are trying to be prompt in dealing with patient queries. On the day of the appointment, I had quite a wait before being called in, which was slightly annoying. However, both then and in a subsequent phone call, which I received a day late, the Dental Therapist took care to clarify things that I had not understood fully. I do appreciate the consideration and extra time given for this phone call. Thank you.

Partner and I have been seen by Raisah Saleh twice. Both occasions she has been really nice to us. Talkative. Explains the procedure to you properly and gives you a proper detailed insight into anything that’s wrong with your check up / next steps what you can do etc. I have not come across a dentist like this before, she does not provide the standard check up and go appointment. Really nice girl. Thank you and hope you are always like this.

Absolutely impeccable service from start to finish. My wife had a failed tooth extraction at another practice who were unable to support with a more complex removal. Contacted Fulwood Dental Aesthetic by email explaining the situation and they replied very quickly confirming they could help. My wife’s pain worsened over the weekend so we booked an emergency appointment which we then with the help of the staff managed to convert to an appointment with the dentist who could help with removal. On the day, excellent experience again from all staff, very friendly and professional, lovely practice, no problems at all during the short procedure. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend and thank you to all the staff who helped get this sorted out for us after a difficult week of pain before we got in touch 🙂

I have been twice my dentist Raeesah Saleh was amazing. Explained everything clearly and was so kind and friendly. Really put me at ease. Did have a slight wait 20 mins after appointment time.
