New dentist kicks people out the practice if they don't visit every 2 years on the dot (NHS recommends visiting every 2 years if you have healthy teeth). Meaning the same patients who have been there for years have to queue up again to get reregistered. Ridiculous.

Rang for a emergency appointment after finding details on nhs website, receptionist claimed the details there are not true even asked for where I found it. I explained she looked said nope can't see it. Hope the picture clarifies I'm not a liar. Don't bother if you need emergency dental work

Had my first appointment just after the takeover with Daniel who was lovely then the second with Luke who was really nice and reassuring with very nervous mum. Talking her through everything before he done any treatment then as the treatment started he talked her through what he was doing with every move. Perfect for very nervous patients. Thank you both 💜

All previous negative feedback can pretty much be ignored as the dentist has new owners. They were friendly and helpful to me and took me on as a new patient in the new year. Every interaction I've had with them so far has been positive - shame that the reviews of the old owner still show up I guess.

I gave a 5 star review 5 years ago and the practice has now changed hands but still 5 stars! Can always get an appointment at a reasonable time. Luke is friendly and professional too. Receptionists are also helpful and friendly.
