Warning: Do not see Sasha!!!!!! BUT I had previously received excellent care & treatment with Pri and had full confidence with her. Unfortunately she was on an extended holiday when I needed an appointment so had to see Sasha. Oh my word! Her attitude very rude and gave me the wrong advice for my continuing care to follow at home which caused me a lot of serious medical problems!!! I felt very rushed and she did not give chance to ask questions or discuss my medical problems which include 6monthly injections from Rheumatologists which can affect affect my gums and need social care from dental work. or read your medical notes which contains the medications you are taking. Luckily as a retired nurse I soon realised , that my Blood Pressure was rising to a dangerous level over a few weeks of following the wrong advice she had prescribed regarding a certain mouth wash. She had prescribed this for me which was completely inappropriate but luckily I realised to stop this before possibly having a stroke or heart attack. With help from my GP it took me 3 months to get my BP. back down to normal. I feel she is ‘Not fit to practice’ unless she attends further update courses in this country and the important of ‘listening’ to the patients. How she ever qualified in her own country I have no idea?

I've had a lifelong phobia of the dentist that has never left me even at the age of 65 but I've been today to have fillings and peridontal treatment with dentist Sasha Young. What a lovely lady she is and so passionate over her work. No pain in any procedures, didn't even feel the injections. Don't you dare leave this practice Sasha

Very pleased with the service. Had a composite tooth done on a front and it made a really big difference. Everything was explained. Sasha Young was my dentist and she was very helpful in explaining how it works. I'm impressed with the results so much that I'm going to have my two front teeth done. Can recommend this practice. Ask for Sasha Young 👍

I recently had a check up, told I needed 4 fillings. Two large and two smaller. I had the large ones done and was charged the higher banding as I was told they were significant. It cost over £500 just for 2 fillings. I have moved dental practice and been for another check 2 months later. The new dentist showed me on the Xray that the fillings I had were very small and that I don't need any more fillings - in fact that he would not drill into healthy teeth for a filling because it would cause damage that is completely unnecessary. Overall, I would avoid that practice as I was over-proscribed dental work so that they could make a profit because I don't qualify for free NHS dental care. Profiteering private healthcare at work.

This practice has a good vibe. My dental surgeon, Donata, has done wonders for my teeth and is always gentle and is very skilled at her craft. I value the service I receive from this practice 👍

I have had terrible trouble with my teeth, not least from accidents and long period of neglect, on my part. Lucy, and now Pri, have been spectacular professionals with wonderful bedside manners, reassuring, educating and problem solving true professionals and people-people’s. The receptionists are wonderful, the text reminders and their profoundly polite gone calls, are never intrusive or inconvenient. Highly recommended (and this is my 19th dentist in 30 years , not to speak of orthodontists!

Emergency appointment on same day I rang even though I was not on their books. Very helpful & friendly
