Appalling service, I was there few years ago but since they deleted my old review I will write new one. I got quick emergency appointment for my tooth couple years ago. I got seen by dentist quite fast and sent home without help fast too. Dentist was very impatient and after two tries of X ray on my jaw ( I had a vomit reflex from tools being puuted in my mouth) the dentist refused to try Third time as she deemed it as waste of time. Nevertheless, they charged me for a visit anyway and she haven't done X ray, she only wrote me a paper to send me to hospital for a X ray there. ( Blackpool hospital staff was much more friendlier and patient, they managed to X ray me without any issues) . Very bad customer service by dentist, I won't use or recommend it to anyone.

This is a lovely practice. Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating. Had some pretty horrendous instances in the past with other dentists. Michael page is a lovely dentist, always explains everything and is very patient with my anxieties. Months of suffering, he was saved my tooth. He really is a credit to this practice. I have met the dental manager Katie in the practice and she seems very polite, professional and seems to run a lovely team. Well done all of you.

Excellent Service Throughout. All the people we dealt with today where Professional, Friendly, and Respectful. There was no delay or waiting around. The Surgery was spotless and comfortable. Our Dentist; Tom and our Nurse where superb, we could not have asked for better. Highly Recommended.

I managed to register here as an NHS patient despite living in Chorley. I was offered a new patient assessment within a couple of weeks (although I did have to change this to fit in with work). The reception staff were friendly and professional and the surgery is decorated and maintained well, not feeling too clinical in waiting areas. My dentist and dental nurse were friendly, professional and none judgemental, especially as it has been nearly a decade since my last visit to a dentist. The assessment was thorough, not too invasive and all the findings and treatment plan explained to me before I left including the costs involved and what would or wouldn't be included in NHS banding. I have a follow up in 2 weeks for most of the required treatment and will happily attend knowing that I will be in good hands.

Not seen a dentist for 20 years but went here in July 2025 they were absolutely amazing friendly and caring I get new teeth in September can't wait thank you so much 💝

During complex and challenging dental work, I received a kindly, calm and exceptional treatment from Mr. Michael Page and his Dental Nurse. I felt safe in the knowledge that they were doing their very best for me at all stages. I am deeply appreciative of their skill and expertise.
