I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. The entire team is absolutely amazing and genuinely dedicated to making sure every patient receives the very best treatment and care. From the moment you walk through the door, you are made to feel welcome, comfortable, and valued. The ladies on reception are wonderful always kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. As a single mum of two, juggling full-time work with very limited childcare support, attending appointments can sometimes be challenging. The reception team have always gone above and beyond to help me find suitable appointment times and have shown nothing but patience, compassion, and understanding. Every dentist I have seen has been calm, professional, and reassuring. They always take the time to explain everything clearly, answer any questions, and make sure you fully understand your treatment options. Their number one priority is making you feel as comfortable as possible, which makes such a difference, especially if you're feeling nervous about dental treatment. The care, professionalism, and genuine kindness shown by everyone at the practice are second to none. I am so grateful for the support and treatment I have received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. Thank you all for everything you do!

Waited along time on the waiting list to join but not a problem with that. Have had my first vist and very happy with the all the staff. Having had to use these guys on emergency in their fareham branch always felt comfortable and at ease which I got at my new branch overall very happy to be part of this group practice.

After having a terrible experience with a dental clinic when I was younger, going back to the dentist has always made me feel scared and anxious. However, after popping in today for an appointment, the staff were absolutely amazing. They made me feel completely at ease, were very honest about what I needed, and made sure my appointment was booked in straight away. I’m really grateful for how kind, understanding, and professional they were.

I had a tooth filling procedure today; the dentist had a very gentle touch—I felt absolutely no pain—and I was very happy with the result. Everyone there treated me wonderfully. Thank you for the excellent service, and I wish you all the best.

As usual I arrived 15 mins before my appointment although the requested time is 10 mins beforehand. As usual I waited 30 mins beyond my appointment time at which point I was ready to leave and forgoe my appointment. However I was soon called in for my check up which didnt last much longer than 10 mins. Whilst I've never received poor service as such, overall I am not happy with the whole operation due to several instances which I will be happy to discuss if someone would like to contact me. I have tried to move to another dentist but unfortunately there are no vacancies within a reasonable distance to me.
