Dorset Dental Clinic

This has got to be the best dental clinic I have ever been to in the uk, I suffer with anxiety so was very nervous about visiting but the receptionist is warm and welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I went for a consultation with the nurse and she was absolutely lovely too, so informative and friendly. I’m a new patient here so yet to see the dentist, but already I’m not anxious about my appointment with him, and I’m looking forward to future appointments and getting my teeth finally sorted out.

Potential customers please note - this dental clinic is an absolute disgrace and rip off elderly people in this area. It cost my father £95 in fees to firstly see a dental nurse for a pointless consultation and then to see the dentist on a second visit before the £7K quotation price for 2 implants was given to him. This was a straight forward procedure which we have had completed elsewhere for £4K. My father told the dentist his prices were double the price compared to a private dentist in West London and his rude response was to tell my father to go back there! If you are looking for a quote for implants please don't waste £95 like my father did - stay away and try elsewhere.

Amazingly warm, welcoming and professional service I experienced and I personally would highly recommend especially lovely to know it is a family business and not a big, cold cooperation.. BTW, added bonus the design and layout colour is fab and I love the glasses for water. Great work thank you

Couldn’t feel anything whilst having my hygiene appointment! Very comfortable and beautiful rooms. I’ve also had the instant teeth whitening and cannot believe the results! This surgery always has the latest technology and I would 100% recommend them! Thank you Kayley and her team!

The service isn't solely based on Dr. Phillips's qualities. After our first appointment, the team reassured me about the process, recommending a deep cleaning. The appointment was scheduled with several reminders, confirming the exact time. Of course, I arrived on Saturday morning on time. I waited and waited, listening to young women chatting loudly and laughing as loudly as they could from the poorly soundproofed treatment room. I was informed about the best restaurants and the favorite dishes of their partners and children. When the door opened, a client left, and the hygienist came to get me, still basking in the afterglow of the previous laughter. She apologized for the 40-minute delay. Seeing my face, she apologized and understood I wasn't smiling and wasn't in the mood to listen to her tell me about her life. The treatment with Dr. Phillips and his team went perfectly. During my subsequent hygienist consultations, I avoided having to go with that type of person. But a year after the procedure, I have no choice. And of course, this time again, the hygienist was very late. I'm not convinced. I may have made a bad choice

A wonderful place to go especially if you needed implants done. The staff are very kind and friendly, and you are looked after very well. Dr Philip McCauley is a very experienced dentist. You are safe in his hands. He goes the extra mile to assure everyone gets the treatment they need.

Dorset dental clinic is awesome. Staff are amazing , positive vibes. And very accommodating. Miriam was brilliant going over my options for the journey ahead. Can’t wait to get my Hollywood smile 😃
