Lodge Dental - New Inn Dental Practice, Pontypool

Always very well looked after here but today even more so! Attended clinic with my 11 month old daughter and the reception and nursing staff could not do more for us. Allowed me to attend my appointment with ease and everyone was very kind as they always are. Feeling good after a thorough clean and check up thanks to the Lodge Dental.

Went for treatment today at the logde dental. Welcomed and put at ease straight away. Had treatment with menna , who explained everything she was going to do before she proceeded. Very professional and polite. 1st dentist iv had thats been pain-free. Highly recommend

Having a fear of the dentist I had to go as I had a problem with a tooth. From start to finish I was treated exceptionally well, they were very methodical and solved the problem with my tooth. They were very kind and sympathetic. I would have.no problem going back there. I am 100% satisfied

I had my first appointment today and it was excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, which really helped as I was feeling nervous beforehand. The dentist took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood each step. I was put completely at ease, and the friendly, professional approach made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. I left feeling reassured and very happy with the care I received. Highly recommend.

As always I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who confirmed that my usual dentist was absent, but that his colleague would undertake the dental review and any work identified. The professional quality and standards of care and courtesy of staff provided within the Lodge Dental Practice are consistently very high and they are be commended.
