I had an excellent experience at this private dental surgery. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. The clinic was spotless, modern, and very well organised. The dentist was outstanding—kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the treatment clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine care shown. The treatment itself was painless and carried out to a very high standard. I left feeling confident and reassured, with excellent results. I would highly recommend this dental surgery to anyone looking for top-quality dental care and exceptional customer service.

Spoke to a lady to enquire about an NHS appointment for my daughter, was told there is no availability, which is fine. As I continued to talk and explain that perhaps if we can't find an NHS one we'd try here again to do a monthly plan she completely cut me off, I explained I wasn't finished talking and radio silence, no apologies! It also specifies on the website and when you are on holiday that there is availability which is a time waster when you are taking the little time you have to call when there was no need!

I have been registered with MyDentist for many years and find their services very good. Always able to afford at least once a year a checkup and clean as well as they offer payment plans for higher costs. Plenty of reminders for those busy days and staff is very professional but lovely. I have mentioned that I was really scared of pain on my first visit and was offered numbing options but didn’t really required as very gentle handed. Parking can be a hit and miss as limited spaces but staff and service great.

I always find the team very friendly and helpful. However, Sharon went out of her way yesterday to help me find out information about my Practice Plan. She called back as promised with all the necessary information. She was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a wonderful experience with mydentist Crownhill. As someone who feels quite anxious about dental visits and has other health issues that can make appointments more complicated, I truly appreciated the extra care and understanding shown throughout my treatment with dr. Antonia. Everything was explained clearly, I never felt rushed, and altogether with nurse and one of the managers Carmen they made sure I was comfortable at every step. They made what could have been a stressful appointment feel calm and manageable. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone who feels nervous about seeing the dentist.

I would like to express my sheer gratitude at this practice, from the manager to the reception staff, every single person who works at this practice has just been so helpful in regards to the care and attention of my daughter, my daughter was quite a nervous patient to start with but everyone at this practice has just made her feel so reassured and at ease with any procedure that needs doing, would definitely recommend, everyone is absolutely lovely.
