Oradent Dental Care - Hatch End

Decided to move to Oradent, after receiving extremely mediocre care from my previous dental practice, where I’d been a patient for forty years. Initial impressions were very favourable. Bright, modern dental practice, located on the High Street. The Staff were friendly and welcoming. Nikita, my hygienist/ dentist introduced herself when I arrived. She reviewed my medical history and previous dental treatments and explained clearly what she would be doing. I was put totally at ease and even asked what I’d like to watch during my hygienist session! As this was my first session, I also received a complimentary airstream treatment. Very happy with the treatment and will be going back again for a dental check up.

I can’t praise Dr Sagoo enough she is absolutely amazing. She was kind, reassuring, and incredibly professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cared about my comfort, which made a huge difference to my experience. The practice itself is also spotlessly clean, modern, and very well maintained. You can immediately tell that high standards are a priority. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. A real credit to Dr Sagoo and the practice. Highly recommended

This was my first visit and Nikita was really great. I got an insight into the condition of my teeth and what I needed to do to maintain their condition. Instead of the traditional manual scaling (which can feel like someone’s ice-picking your gums), they used a new airflow/ultrasonic cleaning system. It felt like a warm "power wash" for my teeth—less pain and much faster. My teeth feel smoother than they ever have after a traditional cleaning. It even managed to lift some older stains.

I was seen by Dr Lachhani and I must say it was a brilliant experience. I’m quite nervous with dental visits, however Dr Lachhani and all the staff made me feel at ease and were very warm and caring during the visitation. I know on my next return, there will be less anxiety! Thank you team.

I have seen Dr Rushil for both myself and my daughter, and I can honestly say he is amazing. He was incredibly gentle and patient with my 10-year-old daughter, who was quite nervous about having a dental filling. He took the time to reassure her and made the whole experience calm and comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for dental treatment. He is truly excellent at what he does.

Efficient, clean and transparent dentist. Darshna remembered me, and addressed me by name when I arrived; the dentist Dr Shah was friendly and put me at ease with general conversation. Very clear instructions were given about how to improve my dental health.

Highly recommended!! I needed an emergency dental appointment, I walked in having never been there before the receptionist Darshna immediately put me at ease and managed to secure an appointment for me she was friendly and helpful and the same can be said about the dentist Rushil whom I then met. He listened patiently and provided a well thought out solution. Their practice is modern and impressive and very reasonably priced.
