Dr Lalit Patel has been my Dentist for a few years and will continue to do so. Very approachable personality and thorough with clinical work. Recommend him without any hesitation.

Myself and my family have been going to this clinic for over 20 years. I have conquered my phobias and fears of dentists as Dr . Lalit Patel has been so patient empathic and gentle would highly recommend to anyone who fears dentists!!

Been a patient at this dentist for approximately 10 years. Used to go routinely but was always referred to hygienist even though I never felt I had any issues. I always felt this was just a money making scheme. They also made you pay the fee up front, not sure if that is standard practice or not? In the end I stopped attending every six months as I never felt there was a need. Had to call yesterday as my capcrown they put in has come out and I have been refused an appointment. Was advised the new policy states that if you do not attend within a 2 year period you are removed from the client list and would have to go on an extensive waiting list. I explained I was never informed about this new policy and this was an emergency as and not a check up but was told by the receptionist she could not help as it was not her decision. My NHS GP does not demand I attend every six months for a check up and neither do they remove me from their books because I have not been to visit for a number of years. Why do NHS dentists think this is acceptable behaviour? Disgraceful customer service, would not recommend.

This is an excellent Dental Practice, I have been going to Dr Patel for over 25 years and have very confidence in them. The practice provides a full range of Dental services including hygienists and orthodontists. I thoroughly recommend Lalit Patel, Dimple Patel and their professional team

I would not recommend Dr.Kinjal Patel to anyone. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was prescribed very expensive medication but was not provided with a prescription. The medicine labels were covered, making it difficult to identify what I had been given, and the medication itself was overpriced. Despite contacting the doctor several times by phone, email, and text to request a copy of my prescription, I received no response. I found this to be highly unprofessional. The medication also did not work for me, despite being assured that it would. Overall, I feel the consultation was poor not value for money, and my concerns as a patient were not taken seriously. My experience left me feeling that the priority was charging for treatment rather than providing proper patient care. I would not recommend this doctor based on my experience.
