I had such a wonderful experience with Dr Chu! She is incredibly friendly and always makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr Chu takes the time to have a nice chat, which really helps you relax and feel at ease. She is very gentle, patient, and clearly cares about her patients. Her kindness and professionalism truly stand out, and she always explains everything in a helpful and reassuring way. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only excellent at what she does but also so warm and approachable. I would highly recommend Dr Chu to anyone looking for a caring and attentive doctor. 😊

Had a filling come out and got appointment within couple days of phoning. Receptionist was very friendly and willing to help. My dentist Diego Ospino was very thorough and reassuring throughout my whole appointment. Felt at ease with him and he did his best to make my appointment as stress free as possible. Thank you

Highly recommend Peterhead Dental and Implant Centre. The whole experience is professional, to a high standard while also being person centred. The ladies on the desk are so friendly, patient and helpful. The dentist Mr Ospina is the loveliest and takes a lot of time to make sure I understood everything going to happen, that I was relaxed and explained all my options with all costs giving the pro and cons of all options too. There was no pressure with options either. So glad he joined the centre.

I recently started going to this dentist and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. From the moment you walk in, the whole team makes you feel so welcome and at ease. They are incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely understanding, especially if you feel nervous about appointments. What really stands out is how much they go out of their way to help you. Nothing ever feels rushed, and they take the time to explain everything clearly so you feel comfortable and reassured throughout. The dentists themselves are amazing. They are so gentle and careful, which makes such a difference. One thing that really impressed me is how painless the anaesthetic is. When one of the dentists does the injection, you honestly don’t feel the needle at all, which completely takes away that usual fear. They constantly check in with you during treatment to make sure you’re okay, and they really listen if you have any concerns. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want to make the experience as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone, especially if you’re someone who gets anxious about dental visits. They’ve completely changed my experience for the better and made me feel so much more confident about going.

Great experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure I understood everything clearly before my appointment. Diego was excellent; knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to talk to, which made the whole visit straightforward and comfortable. I was seen with hardly any wait, and the service felt very organised throughout. The only real challenge is the climb up the stairs - consider it part of the cardio package. Private treatment options are a bit pricey, but based on my experience, the quality of care seems worth it.

As someone who is normally pathologically scared of dentists this practice makes me feel at ease, with brilliant staff from the receptionists to the dentist. On my first visit I was seen in an upstairs room but the staff noticed I struggled a bit with the stairs. On my next visit the told me this and I was treated on the ground floor. All the staff were very courteous and patient. I would and have recommended this practice to others.
