5/5 STARS I visited the practice for a replacement retainer and a clean, and I wanted to leave a review to recognise the excellent service I received. I had an appointment with Christian who was outstanding—professional, friendly, thorough, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. In over 30 years of attending this practice, he is without doubt the best dentist I have seen. I would also like to thank Carly on reception. She was welcoming, helpful, and friendly, making the whole experience even more positive from the moment I arrived. The practice is very fortunate to have such caring and professional staff. Highly recommended.

My dentist Elvira Mawby is excellent, very thoughtful and considerate. She offers very good usable advice to prevent any future issues. You never feel as though you are being rushed through just to meet profit figures. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The reception area on the hard seats isn't the most comfortable but you aren't there for long. I could never give a private dentist surgery 5 stars as the cost is high(as are all private surgery's). So it's a 4 star, but if you ignore the cost then it's a 5 star.

Seen promptly - lovely reception staff. Elvira and Jeremy dentist and nurse were efficient and kind and patient with my treatment which included consultation X-rays and scale and polish. The x rays were shown and explained to me with advice on how to maintain my teeth which was most useful. Thankyou all.

The truth is no one likes going to the dentist, but this practice is amazing. From the moment you walk in the receptionists all meet you straight away with a friendly smile and make you feel at ease. My treatment today was carried out by Elvira and nurse Joanna, they are a fantastic team! They constantly checked on me throughout the treatment, making sure I was comfortable and if I needed a break or some water. They made me feel at ease. Elvira talked me through everything she was doing and stopped every now and again to show me with a mirror. The treatment was pain free. I would 100% recommend this practice and if you have a choice of dentist Elvira is an excellent choice. She even gave me a sticker when she was finished!

Excellent service. Dentist Beatriz and nurse Joanna are very professional and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the care I have received. They take time to explain everything clearly, making the process easy and stress free. And importantly, the practice is always spotless. Best experience I've had.

I had my first appointment with Elvira last week where I discovered I needed to have a filling. I am a very anxious patient. Elvira and her nurse Jeremy were both so understanding and created a calming and lovely environment, where I felt both safe and heard in there hands. Best experience I have had with a dentist by far.
