Great experience for my daughter’s braces. Whole experience was professional and to a high standard. Receptionist and Keri were very friendly and welcoming.

Keri Weatherhogg’s unprofessionalism should be the least of the practices worries. The hostility she displays is exceptionally concerning. Her aggressive behaviour was witnessed by my two teenagers who are shaken from the experience. The consent process was not carried out. no questions allowed to be asked. No risks and benefits explained. Inadequate medical notes. The list of issues goes on and on.

My daughter has been going to Perth Orthodontics for the past 3 years and the service has been first class from Duncan and the dental nurses with special mention going to Gillian. The appointments always ran to time and Duncan always made sure we understood what was happening/would come next. The receptionist too was always very helpful and cheerful whenever I dealt with her. All in all I would highly recommend Duncan and his team.

A warm welcome, informative and nothing was too much trouble. You only get one chance to make a ‘first impression’ and she made a great one. A fantastic representation of your business and would be an asset to any organisations ‘front of house’.

When I was in last year for braces the wire broke and it was 5 weeks before my next appointment they just cut the wire instead of replacing it , the wax does not work and it was rubbing against my cheek and ripped my gum leaving me with unbearable pain !
