I had a check up today (22/06/26) with a very professional and polite Dentist called Rob. It was probably the most thorough check up I've ever had. He was more than happy to explain the clinical side and I felt very reasured. I hope that he stays at the practice.

I have been with this dentist for 45 years, they are amazing, all the staff are amazing I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've had to have a permanent crown fitted after having a revision already root canal at the Heath. My temporary crown cracked and the saw me same day to put a temporary cover in it. Then when that came off booked me an appointment next day and when I arrived my crown was there waiting for me and was fitter no hassle and very speedy. Can't recommend them enough

1st appointment today, Lovely dentist, well trained & professional. Had to go steep stairs - no good for me. When I completed forms online there was a question about adaptations/special needs, I presumed in room & said no to question. Xray not working so have hygienist in Oct so they will do that then.

Just had my teeth cleaned by the wonderful Louise, and honestly, I’m convinced she’s part magician. Not only are my teeth feeling squeaky clean, but she somehow made the whole experience enjoyable (yes, I said enjoyable… at the dentist!). Louise was super friendly, explained everything without making me feel like I was being quizzed on dental hygiene, and didn’t make me feel guilty for that one too many coffees situation. She’s got the perfect balance of professional and down to earth, like chatting with a mate who just happens to be an expert with dental tools. She was gentle, efficient, and somehow didn’t spray my whole face with water. If you’re looking for someone who’ll make you laugh and leave your teeth sparkling, Louise is your gal. 10/10 - would floss just to make her proud.
