A great practice with friendly professional staff. The receptionists are always accommodating and welcoming. The dental nurse Sajith always has a smile and is calm. Dentist Sophia is friendly, professional, patient and provides excellent dental care and listens carefully to any concerns . I would highly recommend their service also for anyone with additional needs.

Sophia, has been my dentist now for just under a year. I had some pretty serious problems with my teeth, other dentists that I saw made me feel extremely self conscious about this. She never made me feel like this, I was always made to feel very welcomed and that she was just there to help get things fixed and not too judge. Everything she had done has been top notch and I would strongly recommend her to anyone. She is without a shadow of a doubt the most welcoming dentist I have ever been too.

Doesn’t even deserve a star, the worst most unwelcoming dental practice ever, don’t go here if you find a dentist overwhelming, they do not care about your teeth, it’s all about money for them so will make your teeth worse. I needed fillings and a tooth extraction and they just put me on a waiting list elsewhere- so I’ve ended up with an absessed tooth and a bigger filling needed! They are terrible. Lack in care, cleanliness. they will say they’re fully booked and can’t give you an appointment, but then when you call an emergency dental line, they give you that place as an option which I would completely refuse. If you like your teeth and want to keep them, I suggest don’t go here.

My 10 year old daughter had a filling here which has fallen out 4 times, today they extracted the tooth the anaesthesia failed, the dentist didn’t check it was numb so it caused her to scream in pain. No stopping, no reassurance. The tooth then snapped off in her gum so it took about 3 minutes to get out while she was screaming in agony and could feel everything. The dentist was basically shouting at her telling her to calm down. I was in pure shock, I have never witnessed anything like it. No compassion for either of us. I left in floods of tears as did she, the dentist just started at me in silence once she had tortured my child. No follow up call from anyone even though the whole practice would have been aware something was wrong. I have spoken to a friend in the industry and he has told me it is completely unacceptable and she shouldn’t have continued when she knew she could feel it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star dentist, I have been a few occasions and when I have been, I’ve had the guy who most probably owns the practice who talks down to everyone in there including his staff. If you have a problem and go there he talks down to you like you’re an idiot and makes you feel like you’re lucky to be there and it’s all your fault for the problems . All he wants to do is extract everyone’s teeth so he can refer them elsewhere to get out of his hair. Especially if you’re an NHS patient you’re penalised even more. I’ve now moved practices and I’m shocked how he’s still even serving as a dentist. I had a second opinion at a much better practice and no extractions are needed like he tried to say, just a simple filling needed. My partner recently went and he said the same thing to him too, he also only needs a filling due to a second opinion… I would completely avoid at all costs, no care or compassion and VERY bad and rude attitude.

Mid morning appointment arrived 10 mins early seen 15 mins later than booked appointment (it happens) friendly receptionist all 6 seats taken + 1 standing (raining heavy outside) Too many signs to read on walls (in need of repair/decorating in places) bright and warm - ramp by only entrance at side of building. Smartly dressed dentist and assistant carried out my request for dentures. The Xray equipment malfunction! Another time perhaps. Paid up front and booked follow up appointment. Overall satisfied. : observation- two large monitors fitted to front windows no longer in use signs stating the LOW seating -hand sanitiser by reception desk. Nice computer print out of future appointment, dentist name, date and time . (Appreciated)

I wouldnt even give it 1 star, Customer service poor! Cancels appointments without communication to clients. Has arguments with customers in reception over their own miscommunication and blames customer. Very unprofessional! Tried to charge me twice for the same treatment. The lady that was my dentist on both occasions I went, huffed at me when I asked her to explain what exactly she was doing- it usually helps ease my nerves but she didn’t want to. I had to ask for numbing gel before my injection -again was huffed at and made to feel uncomfortable! I felt the appointment was rushed and the filling came out within 2 weeks. If they spent more time on their customer service and getting the job done properly and caring for their clients they would get an extra star. I won’t go back nor would I ever recommend.
