Can't fault the staff. Helpful and professional. Understandably extremely busy practice but I can only imagine they serve most of Renfrewshire and possibly beyond. If you have to cancel an appointment you may find a lengthy wait to reschedule. My daughter has been attending for almost 2 years and as soon as the pandemic allowed her appointments were back up and running as normal.

Ridiculous wait times, and watched other clients being taken by the same orthodontist before my son despite him having an earlier appointment. The orthodontist tried to fob us off saying there was other orthodontists on but it was definitely the same one these clients were attending. Was told his appointment was 20 mins after the time stated on the letter. Waited over 50mins to be seen and as soon as I questioned the lateness, were seen within 2 minutes! Not amused. So disorganized, and lucky that my son requires no further treatment as I wouldnt be back!

So ive dealt with a crippling underbite for years so much so that my teeth over this time took damage, finally after years my dentist recommended my to an orthodontist, ive had braces for over 3 years and I've finally come to the end and on top of this i had bonding done to reshape my teeth. This has been life changing for me as a whole unfortunately my amazing orthotist have moved on but massive thanks to Dr Michael in the practice and the nursing staff here. I still need to whiten my actual teeth that haven't been bonded

my daughter has attended this orthodontist for years and had a brilliant success with her braces and retainer catherine balfron is class 🫶🫶

Daughter had been going for a couple of years to sort her braces. Very professional and great with the younger patients.
