Priory House Dental Centre

~ 13 11 25 ~ I have been a patient at Priory House Dental Centre for 25 years. Nothing has changed. From the moment that I was greeted today by the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, right through to my emergency treatment with Doctor Mohan, everything went so smoothly. As I said goodbye to everyone and thanked them all for such a good experience, I was smiling with satisfaction. Great service as usual. Thank you all again for your outstanding care - this is very much appreciated - Priory House Dental Centre upgraded to 10 Stars **********.

Finally found an excellent dental practise with friendly staff who are kind and caring. Saw the hygienist Helen today who is an absolute gem. She makes you feel at ease while she gently explains WHY we need to do as she suggests in order to hang on to our teeth!

A tooth crown fell out over a w/e. I rang my dentist's on the monday, & was given an appointment on the day following. Dr Mohan checked out the tooth, put on a temporary crown & gave care advice. I have since had a checkup & also received encouragement, as always, about the care of my teeth. Mr Mohan & all the staff have consistently given me an excellent, friendly & helpful service. Thank you!

The Priory House team are very friendly and professional. Treatment plan and information from Dr Patel was excellent. I have been coming here for many years now and the service is always excellent. Highly recommended.

First visit to this practice. Very easy to make an appointment-good availability. Pleasant staff and Dr. Gethin easy person to talk to. Very happy with the treatment received. Will definitely visit again.

Left feeling very dissatisfied as when I booked my appointment I was not informed it would be classed as an emergency and so much more expensive. I queried the amount when asked to pay and it was claimed that the receptionist, who was not present, had made a note that I had been quoted a price. This was definitely not the case and I was made to feel dishonest and that I was trying to avoid paying the full amount. The hygienist, Rachel, who I also saw on the day, did a very good and thorough job.

A routine check up and hygienist appointment we’re both very professional, warm and welcoming and led by knowledgeable and friendly staff. You always feel you are moving forward after visiting and always are provided with appropriate care and support. They have the answer and look after you and helping you.
