Signature Smiles

I had a 11.20am appointment this morning but it was 12.20pm when I was eventually seen by a dentist who gave me a cursory examination and recommended x rays and a hygienist appointment. The dentist's manner was strange and did not instil confidence. All in all it was not a pleasant experience and I will not be returning.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for nearly 8 years, after having a painful clean that left me terrified. I recently became an NHS patient at signature smiles, and I cannot rate the staff there enough - the receptionists are friendly, and the dentists ‘and dental nurses have made me feel so comfortable for my recent check up & routine clean. I’ve gone away from it actually looking forward to the next time I go & more informed about dental health which I never thought I would say. On top of that, due to paying initially it meant that I was in credit for my clean and didn’t have to pay anything at all which I thought was a great system. Keep an eye out for when they are next taking on as I would 100% recommend

You have no concept of my previous dental experiences- safe to say ' stems from early childhood trauma'. Today was an epiphany with SignatureSmiles- i feel so proud of myself- emotional but proud. To get to my stage in life only ever previously having teeth out at the hospital under general- to today having extractions awake is nothing short of incredible! I have been coached and mentored over several months with the utmost empathy-to believe in the power of now- I simply cannot praise the the team highly enough, I don't have the superlatives...highly recommended- im not 100% there yet- one visit at a time- Thank you Signature Smiles- I simply cannot thank you enough 😊 👌🏼

I have used Signature Smiles as my dentist for some years now and have been satisfied enough but never felt strongly enough to write a review.......However over the last 2 years I have seen considerable positive changes to the service offer by the practice in Gobowen. In brief I can say as a regular attendee that the receptionists and frontline staff are way above average and are friendly, helpful, respectful and do their best to resolve any queries or concerns you have.......they also smile a lot which is pretty good considering they are also human and have bad days too. In terms of my dental treatment I have never received such excellent care...my dentist takes pride in and wants to do a good job.....a great start!...he keeps to time but still somehow manages to make me feel like I'm his only client that day. He is highly informative and answers my questions with clarity and always makes time to discuss future options...he also listens. My teeth have never looked better and given the issues I have with my mouth, being brought up in the penny sweet and make it last era, he is a magician. He also smiles and makes you feel comfortable. I have such anxiety around dentists and so my teeth aren’t always great, it’s been years since I’ve been to a dentist so I was lucky when NHS availability came up. the dentist who did my fillings was very calming, and I didn’t feel judged or spoken down to like at previous dentists, she took my anxiety into account and kept checking in etc Definitely will recommend

Having worked in private dental practice for over 11 years I can't help myself compare how the practice is run and the quality of treatment. I have found "Signature Smiles" to be basic but adequate. They have been looking after my dental health for many years. I have had 3 different dentists over this period and find that my current dentist Stephan professional and thorough with his treatment/advice. It was a pleasure to meet Catherine (the hygienist) today. My treatment was carried out quite painlessly and I received good oral maintenance advice, a very positive experience. Thank you all Jayne

I had an appointment today for an inlay after breaking a tooth to the gum line. Again, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly and the dentist and dental nurse did a great job in making my treatment pain free . I have extremely sensitive teeth so that's some feat. I'd like to thank the staff for making my dental visit stress free and painless. I hope the dentist I saw today stays with the practice.
