I have been with this practice since I was a child and they have always been amazing receptionist are all very friendly and with the covid regulations they have been working endlessly to make sure everyone is kept safe.the practice is run to the best standard everything is spotlessly clean.your temperature is taken at the door and masks provided if needed and of course handsanitizer. I recently needed my wisdom removed and some other dental work I am a very nervous patient Neil mc cord is absolutely brilliant and the nurse as well they put me at complete ease they really are brilliant I couldn't trust anyone else.im so thankful to have such an amazing dentist

Staff at desk are extremry rude and treating foreigners unfair and disappointing way! My sister had an appointment yesterday and 'Chamila' refused to let her in to her appointment and did not even want to listen to her. Said there is no NHS treatment, well clearly stated on your website too that you do! She told my sister she will call police if she does not leave the building etc. By the way she was on the phone with me and the receptionist just kept yelling on my sister like she would been a criminal or retardant. This was not the first time to experience this kind of treatment at this dentist. I am going to leave them too! It was more than enough! These people should not work with people if they are not willing to help others when there is a problem or misunderstanding!
