I had a really good professional service at synergy. Salim was brilliant and sorted me out at short notice and explained clearly what had caused my issue. The staff were friendly and I would recommend!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience regarding my veneer treatment here. As a private patient, you would expect a little professionalism surrounding time keeping and appointments, there was non. The temporary veneer came of immediately the morning after, After waiting two weeks for a veneer, I was then sent a 3D design of my new smile, the practice only sent the preview to me on Tuesday evening. They then followed up on Wednesday, giving me less than a 24-hour window to "approve" a permanent, expensive change to my front teeth before my appointment. The whitening was straight forward but there on after was a complete mess. Dealing with teeth is already a nerve wrecking experience and I felt rushed as it is

I had a filling done and it was a very good job. But the pain came after a few days. I understand it’s a sensitive teeth but this is a different pain from what I had before. I did ring in to see if I could get it checked out. The receptionist booked me in. Then the next day sent a text to cancel the booking. I called back and the next appointment free appointment they would give me would be after 2 months. Which is not good as I would be waiting along time. So I just don’t understand. If you pay and still your service is like this. This is not acceptable. I paid £100 for a small filling with a little free cleaning but you don’t want to see me again cause it will be a free check up till June. And today is 29th April.

Dr Jaf is amazing. All the staff are very friendly, supportive and welcoming. Finding a new dentist is very daunting and when you consider cosmetic improvements it makes the decision even harder. Im very glad I chose Synergy Dental!

This place is something else! From the point of making an appointment to the treatment, it is 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My dentist is outstanding. He is fantastic! The experience feels personal, feels tailored and feels very comfortable. Nothing is rushed. I really value the fact I am a customer here. I never dread the dentist. All staff are remarkable, especially the lady on reception, she goes above and beyond to help and the dental nurses are so professional yet very friendly. Keep being brilliant team Synergy Oldham. Looking forward to our next appointment already!

ALWAYS expect to be seen 30-40 minute after your appointment time. They also didn't do any X-rays of my teeth during my consultation. Go to UNION STREET DENTAL instead, very professional and knowledgeable dentists.

I’m beyond words with the way my Invisalign treatment has been handled by this practice. The treating dentist departed in Nov 2025 mid treatment and the practice failed to implement adequate measures to ensure continuity treatment. I’ve been lied to, left for 7 months wearing the same aligner, had my time wasted all these months with emails back and forth and I’m yet to hear anything about getting the money back which I paid. Please please be very careful!
