Park House Springhead

I cannot recommend Asha highly enough. She is extremely professional and always makes me feel completely at ease during my appointments. I have always had a bit of a phobia when it comes to dental treatments, but since having Asha as my dentist, that fear has significantly reduced and I now feel much more confident attending my appointments. Asha takes the time to clearly explain everything throughout the treatment process, which really helps to reassure me. She genuinely cares about her patients, always offers the best advice, and ensures you feel comfortable every step of the way. Since Asha has been my dentist, I have not experienced any major problems following my treatments. Having such a skilled and caring dentist makes a huge difference, and I now feel much more relaxed and confident whenever I visit the practice.

After years of avoiding dentists (because I’m petrified) I had a long chat with Sue (Head receptionist) who was extremely understanding, very Helpful and reassured me I would be in the best hands, she wasn’t wrong, Mr Hussain explained what needed to be done and made me feel at ease. What an amazing team who went above and beyond to help me and over come some of my fears. Can’t thank them all enough.

Had my yearly dental checkout today and, as always Mr Hussain was fantastic. He always greets perfectly and puts me at ease. I am always happy and confident when I have seen him.

I was booked in with a lady over the phone as I needed assistance with the form. She was helpful, very polite and very knowledgable . I was seen by the lady dentist and her colleague. As I suffer with anxiety they both showed so much care and empathy, I instantly felt relaxed. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Kind, empathetic and very professional. Thank you for the advice and care .

My son has recently completed his teeth straightening plan, under the care of orthodontist Ismail Khalil. We are so happy with the results and are following the aftercare advice provided. First class, personable service from Ismail and all the other staff here. Arranging a Payment plan was clear and easy. Highly recommended.

I've been at Park House for 3 years and always received great, friendly service. They have a Saturday hygienist who is perfect for very nervous patients or those who experience pain. He's amazing!!!
