I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this dental practice. Over the past six months, my appointment has been cancelled twice, which has made it difficult to stay on top of my dental care. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication and accountability. When I called to ask why my appointments kept getting cancelled, I was simply told "I don’t know," with no effort to investigate further or offer a proper explanation. This felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially given how important these appointments are. Overall, the experience has been unreliable and poorly handled. I would expect better organization and communication from a healthcare provider.

Had a nightmare experience today with Paul. Never again will I go back there. Blood down my top after he aggressively cleaned my teeth without a cover. As much charm as a Rottweiler. No wonder people are scared of dentists this man is the classic example of why people fear them. He needs a lesson in etticate, customer care and empathy please do not pay good money to be seen by Sweeny Todd! Il

Recently finished 10 months of Clear Correct Teeth Straightening, plus the Teeth Whitening and couldn’t be happier! Dr Lin and her team were amazing throughout. My teeth were always something I was self-conscious of, but now they’re straight, white and Dr Lin even filled in the little Gaps/Chips making them perfect. I would highly recommend this treatment and this Dentist Practice for anyone wanting a natural smile.

I've been assigned to this dentist for over 5 years, one thing I didn't like was the turn around of dentist some I was fine with and others didn't like. My recent visit last month again a new dentist! What a breath of fresh air Nadia is! My whole life under different dentist and my history with problems. Nadia is an amazing person never seen any dentist like her so reassuring and dealt with my problems with great professional advise and so reassuring. The work she has done have been life changing and i can not thank her enough. Really do hope to see her again in 9 months on my next appointment 🙏 Thank you so much Nadia

Seen Helen today for a broken front tooth. She was amazing and didn't need anaesthetic as she is so gentle. Would recommend Helen to anyone wanting treatments. Karen barraclough

I was very nervous for my hygienist appointment but Janet was exceptionally brilliant and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. After a recommendation from a friend i made an appointment with Dr Khalil for Clear Correct consultation. He was very informative about the treatment. Cant wait to finish my treatment with him. Brilliant team.

Nadia Danny and her assistant grace were amazing today they made me feel so relaxed and at ease such a lovely environment happy with my treatment and the staff are lovely 🌹
