I’ve been a patient at Firwood Dental Practice since 2021, and the care I’ve received from Dr Natalie Milner has been outstanding. She is always professional, patient, and very reassuring, which makes every appointment a comfortable and stress-free experience. Dr Milner takes the time to explain procedures clearly and answer any questions, which really helps put you at ease. Her attention to detail and gentle approach make a real difference, especially if you’re someone who feels nervous about dental visits. The practice itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, and the whole team is friendly and welcoming. The standard of care has been consistently excellent over the years. I feel very confident that my dental health is in great hands with Dr Milner, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the team at Firwood Dental Practice to anyone looking for a caring and highly skilled dentist.

Firwood surgery is a lovely place. Very friendly and fantastic at their job. Me and my daughter are afraid of the dentist and Natalie is fantastic very caring and takes her time to make you feel calm. She’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. And I’ve been to many surgeries over the years.

I have been visiting Max at Firwood Dental Practice for over a year now. In recent months I have had quite a bit of work on my teeth. Max has been brilliant. He shared the X-rays, explained possible procedures and collaboratively we came up with a plan over 4 months. He is extremely personable, gentle and considerate. Absolutely brilliant service. I saw Natalie initially for a consultation to discuss my options with regards to Botox treatment and she was so easy to talk, was very thorough in explaining all the pro and cons and I was happy to move forward with the treatment. The treatment itself was really quick and pain free and because it had been over two weeks since my initial consultation, Natalie went through everything with me again to make sure I was still happy to move forward. Would highly recommended Firwood Dental and Natalie if you’re considering getting this treatment done. Will definitely be going back when I need to have it done again.

We’ve had such a positive experience at this dental practice for the children. The dentist is fantastic with children – calm, kind and patient. She makes appointments informative and explains why dental care is important in a way the kids understand. They genuinely enjoy going. Highly recommend!
