Fabulous dental practice. Local to home and service is brilliant. Always an appointment when you need it, get sent reminders of times and dates and they are always there for you. Great friendly staff. Always so helpful and welcoming. Dr Faz takes time with you, explaining and reassuring you. Makes me feel so comfortable and takes away my nerves. Always feel so cared for by all the staff. They always greet me with a smile and a hello. I’m not a lover of dentists in general due to past experiences but I am more than happy to come here for my care as I know they care about me.

receptionist always smiles at me every time i walk in for my appointment. my dentist, dr.faz is great. she gives me great advice and makes conversation with me, making sure i’m not uncomfortable. i will not be changing dentists any time soon. thanks queen’s head for making sure i have a pleasant experience.

I went for my ear wax appointment today and I was dealth by Dr Faz she explained every procedure bit by bit she was excellent I would recommend this place to anyone. I was told before and after my procedure what is being done and the outcome was brilliant. Dr Faz was Amazing

Very reflective business practice who value customer feedback and take this on board. Stability of staffing in reception is improving communications. Flexible with appointments outside of school hours to support my daughter. Really supportive of the patients needs.

Highly recommend! Staff are really friendly and accommodating and I noticed very calming with nervous patients who were attending. Had brace fitted and removed fillings and polish over 6 month period and my teeth now look and feel amazing! I was thinking this was going to be very uncomfortable and even painful but I was pleasantly surprised, really didn't take very long either. Thank you to all the staff at Queens Head Dental practice. Your amazing! 😁

Was able to register as an NHS patient a couple of years ago and thry have been great. Can get an appointment relatively easy and Dr Faz is great. As someone with a complete needle phobia I appreciate that I can get fillings without one
