Whitestone Family Dental Practice

We visited here for my 6 monthly check up and it was a good opportunity to socialise and introduce my Guide Dog puppy in training to the sights and sound around the dentists. The practice receptionists are helpful and very welcoming and the dental surgery is always clean and well maintained.

Ive been a patient for 6 years but only recently have needed some repeat treatment. Can’t praise the Dentist Dr Shahn Hemmat enough. He explained everything and even though he was only in his first year was very good. The reception team are always helpful and the areas are always very clean. Parking does need to be looked at though!

I was seen by Dr Suroop Johal who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed and I feel like he took the time to really explain everything. I would absolutely recommend him! The reception staff are also lovely and warm! (Apologies, I can’t remember the names). The practice itself seemed to have some great technology, I had a full all round head x ray which I thought was very modern Overall a great experience, will be back. Have already booked my next check in! Thank you

Seen for an emergency dental appointment as I’ve been in pain for about 3 weeks now and managed to get in with Ioana , what a sweet and kind lady with a lovely dental assistant. Ioana was very gentle and made sure I was okay through out the whole appointment which needed the start of a root canal , fingers crossed I’m out of pain as I’m still numb but couldn’t fault her as I didn’t even feel the numbing injection and it was a painless procedure and felt very relaxed, Thankyou so much

Just wanted to give Suroop a huge thank you for help during my treatment, he is absolutely amazing not only as a dentist but a great guy too! He was very patient and explained in great detail about my extraction and it has been 6 days since then. His advise on how to deal with potential issues and what to do was very helpful and I highly appreciate it. I would recommend Suroop to anyone and as a dental practice Whitestone and all its staff are brilliant. Thank you all!

Dr. Ioana Pop is very kind, professional and she does a great job. We always feel comfortable when we have an appointment knowing that we are in good hands. The nurse is also very kind and she does her job very well.

Absolute waste of time and money! Previously when we came for our 6 month check up, the dentist would do a quick clean and scrape and it felt like a worthwhile appointment. Today when we went for our appointment the dentist said this isn't covered in the standard appointment now and spent all of 30 seconds looking in our mouths and then charged us £27.50 per adult! Never again will we be booking in!
