Dulku & Kang Dental

I've been a patient at this dentist for so many years I can't remember . When I first can I was absolutely terrified of the dentist after many childhood experiences until I met Dr Dulka. What can I say.... just an amazing dentist.... put me so at ease . I wouldn't see anyone else .... .

Absolutely outstanding dental care! The entire team—from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and dentists—was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The dentist took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend!

I'm registered at this dentist. I made an emergency appointment. I have severe pain being caused by a tooth. I explained it's hard to eat and talk without being in discomfort. All the dentist said was if it's still painful in a week or so to return and then they will see what can be done! So they expected me to carry on with this pain for at least a week!!! So I contacted my orthodontist who said they just fobbed me off and it needs sorting so they will see me instead! Then my first experience here, the dentist cleaned my teeth - my gums were red raw and bleeding after and it was a painful harsh clean. I have also seen the hygienist who was very gentle and caused no bleeding. Maybe I just got a bad dentist as other family use them and see a different dentist there and can't fault them! I haven't had a good experience though. The reception team are lovely.

First time visiting this practice today, and I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews however I shouldn’t have been. From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The dentist I saw Dr Ajaib was brilliant, explained everything very well, listened and addressed my concerns and was very thorough for my first appointment. Will be happy to come back for my next appointment and feel glad I’ve found a good dentist

Been attending this practice for a number of years. All dentists and their assistants have been excellent. If ever I've had any issues with my teeth they have managed to sort an emergency appointment that day or the next.

I've tried to register with them! on the NHS site it states they taking on new patients. Been told over the phone by a rude receptionist that they are not taking on any new patient. When I asked how come it's different over the Internet. I've been told they taking on only patients who been in the practice before. Needless to say the lady over the phone told me straight away No. Never asked if if I ever was registered! Bit of a con if anyone ask me. When I asked for clarification, I've been refused to have any contact details of the surgery. I wander how is this following the NHS guidelines about complaints procedure??? I guess like this they don't have any.... More than happy to express my experience for the relevant person (not the receptionist) if anyone wants to contact me.

Hygienist is great. Unfortunately the NHS dentist is a butcher, and so keen to rush through treatment before anaesthetic has a chance to kick in that you’ll be terrified of going to any dentist again. NHS treatment shouldn’t mean that you are made to suffer.
