As a dentist, I found myself needing root canal treatment and was referred to Justin Dinley. Having referred patients to him previously and heard nothing but glowing feedback, I knew I was in excellent hands—although I was still a little apprehensive about being on the other side of the chair. From the moment I arrived, the reception team were warm, friendly and accommodating, immediately putting me at ease. Justin was exceptional: professional, reassuring and clearly highly skilled. The treatment was carried out with great care and precision, and I have been completely pain-free ever since. I would wholeheartedly recommend Justin Dinley and the entire team to both patients and colleagues.

I cannot recommend this place enough. From my first point of contact which was Kelley. I was listened to and met with empathy and compassion. They went above and beyond, I was in a bad way I’d been living with a bad tooth infection for 5 weeks. I then spoke to Ruth who was also in the surgery when I arrived and she was reassuring and made me feel at ease straight away. Nichola has been brilliant throughout, checking in post procedure and so warm and welcoming. I couldn’t have been in safer hands with Justin, he is highly skilled but also talks through each step and lets you know what to expect which is reassuring for someone who is very nervous and is lost all faith in dentist until coming here. I’m not sure if the root canal will be successful as the infection is still under the tooth and will take months to heal but the relief of the pain I was in I cannot tell you. What I do know is that everything that could be done has been and my experience from start to finish has been 5 star.

I came here with irreversible pulpitis which I'd suffered badly from for months before coming here. I had been to The Castle Clinic before during lockdown a few times at the old clinic and they were excellent then. I was able to get a consultation mid December and get part 1 done before Christmas which resolved the pain and part 2 in January. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety but they were really kind. Justin is fantastic, his work is amazing. I had some extremely rare complications but they were dealt with in calm manner and I was able to call them for advice and they called me too to see how I was getting on. The nurses are really kind and compassionate. It's definitely worth the cost not to be in agony from a sip of cold water anymore! Plus it's highly specialised work. I've since visited my own dentist about getting a crown, he said Justin is 'the best endo guy around' It's a really nice clinic, they genuinely do care. I just wish they'd offer sedation for the long procedures.

As a Dental Receptionist and Dental Nurse, it has always been my role to take care of patients, with a listening ear prioritising the safety and well-being of the patients journey. To be on the other side of the Dental Chair I had treatment myself yesterday by Conor Snape and his lovely nurse Tashana. I cannot put into words my experience. Connor was very gentle, with a kind manner and explained every stage step by step. I would highly recommend Connor as I was so at ease and the treatment was painless. He is very professional, amazing and extremely fantastic with nervous patients. Thank you to both of them Nichola

Recently visited Lisa after struggling with ongoing skin problems that had really started to knock my confidence. After more than two years of trips to the doctors with no real progress, Lisa assessed my skin within 15 minutes, took photos, and clearly explained what I needed to get it back to full health. Two months later, my skin is completely better and my confidence is back. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Booking the appointment was easy, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the setting itself is calm and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Totally agree with all the other great comments, from the first telephone call to make the appointment with Justin for a root canal procedure I cannot praise this practice enough, I found the whole procedure totally pain free and at a few points almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. The girls on reception greet you as if you had been going for years, they were warm, reassuring and friendly. Justin and his nurse were amazing and explained everything in detail so I understood and saved the tooth. What an amazing practice, keep the good work up!!!

I had to have root canal work done and was referred to Justin Dinley. I was nervous and a little scared but have to say, after my first appointment (consultation) all the fear and most of the nerves had completely disappeared. The team were so friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Justin explained everything in so much detail. It was nice to WHY things were being done, not just what was being done. I appreciated this so much. As much as I'd like not to have to go back (in a good way), I wouldn't think twice about going back to The Castle Clinic if needed.
