The receptionist was absolutely lovely! For a day that feels like the earth is on fire they are all very friendlt. The dentist I saw was wonderful very prompt gave me information. One of the dental nurses let me use her fan. Literally couldn't be happier registering here. I am a very nervous patient but I felt as comfortable after having a chat with the staff 🙂

Natalija is an exceptional specialist. She carefully explained everything and corrected the work done by another dentist from a different clinic. Every step of the treatment was clearly explained to me, everything was thoroughly checked, and the filling was done perfectly. The anaesthesia was administered completely painlessly, and I felt 0% pain during the procedure. Natalia, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism, care and attention.

Lovely and helpful reception Staff and my Dentist George there always looks after me and my teeth. Very happy with the service. Especially good when you have an emergency.... Best dentist in Nottingham... thank you

Amazing dentist( Natalia) . Unprofessional receptionists. Rang twice, once on Friday , once on Wednesday and got told that they will ring me back but never did. Had to ring again on Thursday and was told that my retainer is ready to collect. I understand that you will might be very busy but I have a very busy life also and if you say that you will ring back then I would expect to receive a phone call back. When you ring at the reception, you would expect to receive some information to help you out, not to be ignored. When I went to collect my retainer today, the receptionist that I have spoken to today and informed me that retainer is ready to collect said that I was having a go at her and she is not the one that I have spoken to before. Apologies if she felt this way, but I was not having a go at anyone, I was just explaining what has happened. Unfortunately, I do not know who I have spoken to before. I am only writing this review as it is not the first time that this happened.

Very upset and disappointed by the rude and unprofessional attitude towards me from dentist Natalia Rutina. This is my third time visiting her and I have had problems each time. The expensive crown she installed cracked after a week and temporary filling felt out the same day. Besides, she is unfriendly and indifferent.

I had my Invisalign treatment with George and I couldn’t be happier with the results! He was so welcoming throughout the process and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect before signing me off – all at no extra cost. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent service at this dentist. Cristiana is an amazing dentist and she really puts you at ease
