From the moment we entered the premises we were so impressed with the service. The ladies on reception were efficient friendly and super helpful. I had muddled my daughter's appointment and they very kindly spoke to the dentist who was able to see us which was great because my daughter is always a bit stressed by a visit to the dentist. Her Dentist was fantastic and so kind and gave a thorough check up. The dental nurse attending was also so lovely and he really put my daughter at ease. The whole experience was excellent and it is the first time my daughter and I have enjoyed a trip to the dentist! Amazing service. Well done Ice Surgeries Radcliffe.

Yet again an hour wait to be seen, that's after we had a cancelled appointment a day before our scheduled date made 6 months earlier. Oh and we were getting stupid e mails reminders of our appointments up to the day of forced reschedule! No problem with our actual private dental care, but please sort out your customer service (ditch the stupid text reminders they are an utter nonsense). You seem to have plenty of receptionists.. perhaps a human touch ??

What a super dental practice this is. Dr Serena Hoyte and her team are so welcoming, friendly and supportive through the patient journey. Every area delivers consistently high standards, from reception, through to the nursing team who are working alongside her. I have to say that Serena’s level of care and compassion is exceptional and she focuses on the holistic aspect of patient care, not just delivering the treatment. You never feel rushed by her and your opinion really matters. In relation to the procedures, she clearly is a highly skilled Dental Surgeon and the results are amazing and really make a difference, not just cosmetically, but psychologically. I cannot praise her and her team enough and thank them for their level of care. The management of the practice is also of a high level, with the facility clean, the processes of communicating and dealing with the patient very good, and the plan of care mapped out so that you know what to expect and when. I have decided to move detail practice due to them messing my family and I around constantly. Re-booking appointments and never on time. The practice is extremely pushy when trying to book you in for private treatment constantly ringing you to get you to book. Additionally I was never confident that the suggested treatment was actually required / necessary. When paying £90 for 6 minute check up I this also left me feeling robbed. The practice only appears to be concerned with upselling and private work.

Superb Hygiene appointment today with Lucy Moore, superbly thorough - my teeth have never, ever felt so clean! insane attention to detail and wasn't a rushed appointment despite running behind schedule. Would give 10 Stars if possible an asset to Ice Surgeries.

Ice Dental is my usual practice and always offer a 5 star service but today surpassed themselves with the care, treatment and professionalism i experienced. My situation, pain and query were acknowledged quickly, and an appointment offered followed by fantastic treatment from Serena. Thank you so much.

Sharmin and Madison were very good, very careful and thoughtful with their treatment. Gave lots of advice and would recommend anyone coming here. Have been a happy patient here for 10 years
