Me and my partner have recently been accepted as new NHS patients, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The receptionist is absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The dental nurse is fantastic too, clearly very competent and works seamlessly with the dentist. Dr Saima Majid is probably one of the best dentists we’ve ever seen. She was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and even completed the treatment on the same day as the initial appointment, completely pain free. This place truly is a gem. Highly recommend.

Visited for the first time today, new NHS patient. The lady on the front desk was so welcoming and had really good customer service, credit to the practice. Dental team was amazing, dental nurse was really friendly and worked great with the Dentist. The dentist actually said to me "welcome to the practice" which to me was a real nice gesture. I've been to a few dentists in my life but I've never ever had a dental check up as per this one. Listened to me didn't rush me out of the door and checked all of my oral health. Followed up by treatment and advice. I believe the dentist was Dr S Majid. You can tell she does this job because she really cares about oral health and your smile. Terrific work, thanks again.

l recently visited this dentist for the first time with my wife, and we were both very impressed. The receptionist was polite and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our visit. The dentist was polite and knowledgeable, which really helped me feel completely at ease during my appointment. I appreciated her thorough explanations and the care she took throughout the process. I've been coming to this dental practice for over 30years and now our family dentist. Great with kids as well as adults. Now on my third dentist here and they have all been fantastic, they talk you through the treatment and care process. More importantly they give you time, never feel rushed. Their support team are so friendly and professional, know your name ask how you are when they welcome you in on arrival 😊.

My family have been visting the practice for several years after being with other less conscientious and more franchise style dentists after my dentist sold up and retired. We have consistently been well cared for after finding this absolutely gem of a place with values at the core. Processes, costs and outcomes are always explained and gentle care applied even to the most invasive of treatments, such as extractions, corrective dentistry and root canal The family look forward to going; if that is a thing, such is the investment and value you feel as a patient. Thank you to the entire team for all you do for us and despite being NHS clients, we never feel like we get 3rd class care. A wonderful practice that genuinely cares about what they do.
