City Dental Practice Nottingham

I've been coming to City Dental Practice in Nottingham for years! The owners and staff are great. They are all personable and make you feel welcome. I've always had a great experience. Love their new ground floor reception and the ladies always go above and beyond!

Recently had professional whitening done through Gavin and the service has been exceptional - every question answered, always willing to go the extra mile (had an extra check up appointment to try and get a marginal gain on the internal whitening on my front tooth so it would be the best shade possible). Really pleased with the results and the treatment as a whole. Generally never had an issue with these guys for all routine check ups and advice, all the dentists have been great over the few years that I've been there. Stuck with them even though we've moved around the city.

Service second to none. I am not one for dentists, but Dr Goh was calm & reassuring, and was good at putting me at ease. He did a full checkup with x-rays, a clean, and very professional job of replacing a filling that had fallen out. I paid privately as fortunately I was covered by health insurance, but I found the prices quite reasonable.

A dentist that I can say i am happy to go to. I have been having appointments with City Dental for a number of years now, the dentist i see there is friendly, professional, patient and supportive, especially as I was anxious when I first start having my appointments there after a bad experience at a previous dentist. The support staff, dental nurses and reception staff are all friendly and professional too. The new ground floor alterations to the practice look great and will provide accessibility that they haven’t had before.

Never had a bad experience at this practice. Mr Shah is lovely as are the dental nurses and receptionists. I consider myself lucky to be on their books with the situation being as it is these days. Long may this practice continue, they all work hard to make it a pleasant experience. Thank you

Very polite and caring. Has a nervous patient they took a grest deal of care than I was comfortable and kept informed of everything they were doing. Giving me short breaks to check how I was doing

I love coming to this dental practice. Even though I used to have a fear - not any more. I’m much more relax and come a long way . I’ve been coming here now for a few years. My dentist is amazing always tell me what’s she’s doing ,reassures me , professional in every way. Such lovely staff on the reception too.
