Jim Peirson Dental

Our family have been with Jim Peirson Dental for over 20 years. Over the years we have had many good experiences from everyone - front of house staff right through to the Dentists and dental support staff Just home from a filling appointment for one of my children and everyone was lovely as usual. The dental nurse really listened and my child felt heard about their worry over the filling. The dentist Thulasi then went above and beyond explaining everything in detail. What would happen next. What it would feel like. Why it was being done. This created a huge reduction in stress and anxiety and created a really great experience today. Thank you very much. 🙂

I use this dentist long times! I don’t know why reception have extra people work there ? The old lay so bad service and not helpful!! The only lady who is yougest one work there for long times is the best! She always been nice with us ! don’t know I have not often see her when I attend! Jim should fire the old one she is definitely not helpful!

Best dentist ever ! Was treated by dr Diana and had the most carrying experience! Empathy at the most making you not to be afraid of dentist for life !

As an anxious patient, I was really dreading having my tooth pulled out this morning. Jim was fast, efficient and made sure I didn't feel any pain. The two assistants were absolutely lovely: very reassuring, and clear with after-care instructions. I have previously been treated at the practice by Dr Azhar, who was extremely thorough, professional, and patient. She made me feel at ease, which is probably the best thing you can say about a dentist. Thank you to all the team at JP.

My favourite Dentist is going private understand i do ,so I got to have another dentist, wish I never got cancer because if I was well I could still be working and I would keep my dentist, so if you rich this a very good dentist,

Unhelpful and quite stroppy. Very well spoken lady on reception spoke to me 2 days out of 3. Both times I'd been triage'd by 111 as needing urgent dental treatment and despite ringing at 8am as instructed I was denied treatment. The attitude was outrageous and is exactly the reason we have a dental crisis. These guys have effectively gone on strike and just can't be bothered. Avoid

Really bad at time keeping. My daughter has an appointment at 15.50. Still waiting to be seen at 16.20. Really not good enough, happens every time. I think we will make these appointments yearly at most as it just wastes our time. You rarely see a dentist anyway, it will typically be someone with an overseas qualification who is unable to practice as a dentist.
