They cancel your appointments a week before when you’ve been waiting two months to be seen and don’t even give you a reason why. When you call back to rebook it’s another two-three months before they can see you again. I have a maternity exemption for year so it seems like they are purposely trying to avoid the free treatment I’m entitled too. I’ve always paid private for years and didn’t expect it to be so hard to just get a quick checkup. Especially as you face more dental problems due to pregnancy.

"Exceptional Service at My Dentist, Northwich" I’ve always been nervous about visiting the dentist, but since joining My Dentist on London Road, Northwich, and seeing Ana Abbas, I no longer feel that way. She is caring, professional, and truly dedicated – an outstanding dentist. I recently needed a tooth extraction and was very anxious, but Ana put me at ease immediately with her calm and reassuring manner. The whole process was handled with professionalism and kindness. The reception team are also always polite, friendly, and welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else – highly recommended!

I just wanted to leave a positive review after my experience taking my kids as new patients to my dentist. The receptionist is lovely friendly and welcoming. We have just seen ana Abbas for teeth extraction and she was brilliant, the extractions were quick, seamless and although my son had a twisted root and more difficult extraction he felt absolutely no pain at all. Ana was great with both my kids, especially my daughter who was really anxious, and her dental assistant too. Thankyou to all the staff at my dentist for a positive experience I know my kids won't be worried about their dental appointments now we have found Anna! Thankyou

If you are looking for an NHS dentist, I can highly recommend mydentist on London Road. I have only been with them for a short period of time but after having three fillings in one appointment, which I must say, did make me feel a little anxious before hand but I needn't have worried at all. Ana was my dentist and Sharon the dental nurse that day and I can't speak highly enough of them. Absolutely brilliant! I actually enjoyed my visit, which I don't imagine my people can say after a trip to the dentist.

I had to have 2 root canals done and everyone is super helpful and welcoming. The team on reception are super friendly and take their time explaining things. I had my root canal done with Stefan who was very patient and explained what was happening and put my mind at ease. He rang to check up on my tooth and had some calming music on which helped

After a check up, three fillings and one less wisdom tooth later, five stars is definitely deserved! I was quite nervous about the procedures as I’ve not had fillings before and I’ve not had to have any of my other wisdom teeth removed. Ryan was fantastic, he talked me through everything, was very clear that if I needed the procedures stop due to discomfort I could so I ended up feeling at ease and with me going private, I felt there was transparency about what I needed doing immediately and what could wait another few weeks so I have been able to have appointments that suit me financially as well. I think the nurse I had in on both visits to have something is called Harry, who went through the aftercare thoroughly with me which is greatly appreciated! The ladies who have been on reception for my last couple of visits have been absolutely lovely, very friendly and it’s nice to have a little chit chat on your way in and way out!
