I had a wonderful experience during my orthodontic treatment. From the very first consultation, Dr. Andreea was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. She explained every step of the process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about the treatment plan. Throughout the entire treatment, Dr. Andreea showed great care and precision, and the results exceeded my expectations. I’m truly happy with my new smile! I would also like to thank Diana, the assistant, who was always kind, welcoming, and very supportive during every visit. Her friendly attitude made each appointment feel relaxed and pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality orthodontic treatment with a professional and caring team.

Just been for an appointment and not impressed. A catalogue of failures. A filling I had fitted fell out after 2 weeks in November. After having several appointments being cancelled today was the day. Got a telephone call at 9.30 am asking me to come early. Left work early deliberately to accomodate and got in half an hour before my alloted slot. The dentist showed up at 2pm (obviously after lunch) and i was kept waiting another 10 minutes while someone else went in first. The dentist refilled the tooth, dazzling me because I was not offered sunglasses etc, then sprayed my jumper with water as no apron was fitted either. No acknowledgement or apology made. To top it all I was charged for the visit, even after the chain of earlier failures. I hope I can find another dentist and not need to go back there again.

I just live round the corner, so never experienced problems with booking an appointment. as I just go in person to book, never had any problems with them, always had good treatment, although it is exceptionally busy, due to it being one of the few NHS dentists in the area

This has been my dentist for many years. However the last couple of time the wait has been over an hour long and last time treated another patient in between my appointment the anesthetic needed longer to work which added a further 20 minutes to our wait time. They are under staffed or booking in too many patients at the moment. Hopefully they will improve and be good again. On the positive side, the dental service eventually received was good, they were apologetic.

I visited the clinic today and I left quickly, happy and without any issues or pain! Great job and many thanks to Dr Neha Jain and the nurse Cristina for the great support and lots of careful treatment. I’ll be back at you any time!

Very disappointing experience at Moopen Dental Care. I attended via NHS 111 with severe pain, but after several visits my condition worsened. After my final appointment, I was sent home in extreme pain and had to seek urgent private treatment at my own expense. The situation became serious enough that I was concerned about the condition of my tooth and required urgent intervention from a private dentist. I also tried to resolve this matter directly with the practice, but my concerns were not properly addressed and I received no meaningful follow-up. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience!!!!!
