Kingsthorpe Grove Dental Surgery

Really disappointed to have to leave this review, but am genuinely shocked at how badly run they are now. I believe there was a change in management a couple of years ago and the service since has consistently dropped. My children's last two appointments have been cancelled the week we were supposed to attend and then get pushed back by months. I have left voicemail messages that aren't responded to and it is impossible to get through on the phone. This used to be such an amazing Practice but sadly this is no longer the case.

I'm sorry to say that since this practice has been under new management I've had appointments cancelled and put back, sent emails but they take ages to get back to you eventually they did answer and asked me when would be good date for my appointment I replied with a date and yet again have heard nothing. I'm under the impression that private patients take priority, if I have to go private it will be else where.

Visited the surgery today for hygienist appointment. Excellent experience with Mr Fundi Mustafa. Such a gentle, caring man. Very good technique. I was completely at ease all through the cleaning. Thoroughly recommend his services and that of his very able lady assistant. Not need to be afraid. Thank you both.

Been with this dental surgery for years. Both previous dentists were outstanding, sadly this bunch of new qualified or young career dentists are just not the same. I'll be looking to move to a practice that doesn't cancel appointments or reschedule because the team have no work ethic.

My wife and I have been looked after by this practice for many years. It was sad to see both Dr Yoga, and before him Dr Balkhi, leaving. However today we met Dr Zia, who is a very competent, sensitive and caring dentist. We are very confident in our dental care for future years

Went for my 6 month check up today. Was so upset to learn that Dr Yoga has left and I now have another new dentist. Was worried and extremely nervous as I hate going to the dentist. My new dentist is called Zia . He put me at ease and was very patient and is nice. I am disappointed that I won't be seeing Yoga anymore but feel I will be happy seeing Zia from now on . Would highly recommend this dental practice. Staff are friendly.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years due to incompetent dentists elsewhere. I have to say that although im a big baby the dentist and her assistant were fantastic. They both kept me at ease and the speed of the process was appreciated. I will never be a fan of the Dentist but I’m certainly a fan of Kingsthorpe Grove and will be less hesitant should I need to return. Thank you very much!
