Verne Road Dental Practice

Absolutely outstanding service from Verne Road Dental Practice! After my wheelchair accessible taxi was cancelled just 38 minutes before pickup, leaving me stranded, the team went above and beyond to help. Despite being busy, they arranged alternative accessible transport and even stayed open past closing time to make sure I got home safely. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were incredible. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive and reliable dental practice.

My dentist was great. I phoned & got an appointment afew days later. Both him & the dental nurse were music lovers. Sang along with pretty much every song on the radio. Which put me at ease. The more relaxed your dental team are the more relaxed you are. I had x-rays, a filling & a thorough cleaning. He was very gentle yet confident. I'm back in 6months.

This dentist keep away from they pick the patients they want suddenly they go private. I have cancer so I need dental check ups I was told that now you pay. Then I had to prove to them that I was NHS customer before that means treatment carried on. Today I have decided to go somewhere else and give them my money as I have nothing but an inflammation on a filling they done. It also funny how you never see same dentist as they have now left. They don’t care about NHS patients it’s all about money.

Many thanks to Debbie and all the reception girls. Our taxi just didn't bother turning up at all, no explanation. so we were left stranded. My husband's in a in a power chair and getting a suitable taxi was impossible from anywhere local. Not only did the girls manage to get us a taxi, albeit out of the district, (still very welcome) they also made us both a of lovely cup tea while we waited. Disgusting how you have kicked my 8year old son from being seen anymore after attending every six months since he was 1 year old, all because I don't want to be apart of the monthly sceem now because you have gone private!! I have been attending here with the rest of my family for about 10years+ and always paid for our checkups & treatments. Why should my son be punished and discriminated because I refuse to pay £18 per month!! What happened to the law and good hygiene promotion for children under 18!!!

My 6 years old daughter was an NHS patient for years until now when I was told they are private practice and if I want her to continue using NHS service my husband or I should sign for monthly payment plan, otherwise she is no longer their patient

Another cancellation without being told. Richard cancelled 5pm day before and staff haven’t passed the message. Cheek to then put up stats about 40 missed appointments, wasting 10hrs and wanting to take private. 5th occurrence of a cancellation without being informed. Infuriating. How can you run a business like that?
