Lovely reception staff; supportive and friendly. Had a tooth extracted with Dentist James. I was absolutely terrified. But it was over in less than 2minutes. No pain and minimum discomfort. Would highly recommend this professional practice.
Went yesterday and had a tooth filled and a clean. Had a new dentist called James who was kind and explained what he was going to do. Best ever .I have been with this practice for years and always had great service but my old dentist has retired. From reception staff to the nurses all of them are so kind helpful. Strongly recommend this practice to all. I give a 5 star review.
2 weeks ago i had root canal treatment with Louise. I was dreading it but Louise was reassuring and patient. She explained the procedure to me and although there was a bit of discomfort I had no pain. I am extremely grateful.
What an absolutely fantastic dentist this is! I attended today for emergency treatment due to an infection in my tooth. I genuinely hate dentists and have really struggled with dental hygiene of late, however, I attended today and every single person within the dentist made you feel completely at ease and the love dentist I saw was so lovely and made me feel relaxed from the minute I walked in. If this dentist were taking on nee patients I would join in a heartbeat. Thank you so much! Sadie
Attended today for an emergency appointment and I've never been more impressed with a dentist. A beautiful clean and tidy surgery. The most pleasant and professional two receptionists I've ever dealt with, a credit to the surgery. The dentist Julie and her assistant nurse were so friendly and treated me so well. The one and only dentist I will ever visit. Dr Cauldwell has always been so professional and empathetic to me when I go. Today he showed me real care and comfort. Definitely recommend to anyone with a phobia or anyone who is nervous around dentists. I'm forever grateful for the help given to me by this practice.
