Bupa Dental Care Newport

This is the first time that I have came here and the receptionist Lynne Was really sweet and kind and helped me figure out what direction I need to go with my plan and everyone was so sweet and kind and just very talkative and I have never met such a nice and kind environment in a dental place before I am definitely gonna come here again. And a dental student shayla she was very kind and helped me with my form helped me with some Of the questions that I didn’t understand properly and she was just overall very sweet and helpful.

I was looking for a more local dental practice to join after moving back to South Wales and I'm glad I chose Bupa Dental Care Newport. Front desk/reception staff are lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional. The dentist I saw, Medi Panahei was polite, friendly, professional, easy to talk to, I felt at ease. I felt comfortable and looked after. His assistant was also friendly, smiley and professional. The hygienist, Sally Haruna2, was a bit delayed calling me in but she was running late I think but she was lovely professional, polite, friendly, helpful, honest.

Thought I’d give Bupa Dental Care Newport a try with dental cleaning and I am extremely glad i did! Was overall an excellent experience. Receptionists are warm and friendly. Checking in was easy and waiting time was almost non existent. The clinic is very easy to find and it is very clean. Majid and Kelly (apologies if i got the name wrong), were so lovely! Very patient, friendly, professional and informative. In my view, they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I get rather nervous when it comes to getting my teeth cleaned but they gave me the chance to take a break after cleaning of every tooth and checked on me everytime which was very comforting and really helped a lot. I highly recommend. Will be booking with them now for my dental cleaning every 3months! Thank you again! 😀

Doctor Carter has been my dentist for a few years now and has been awesome. I'm not the easiest patient, quite nervous and he has always taken the time to properly explain procedures to put my mind to rest. Can't recommend him highly enough

The service they offer is excellent. The dentist was very understanding and took the time to make me feel comfortable, while the receptionist was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant and reassuring experience from start to finish.

Over the past few months Ive had to contact the practice as I have had a recurring dental problem. On all occasions all staff, dentists and receptionists, have provided excellent service fitting me in as an emergency patient on the same day. As my problem now involves more complex surgery I have been referred to the dental clinic where I will be added to their waiting list. By the time I got home from the dentist I received a text confirming that the referral had already been processed. Thank you everyone for your kindness and efficiency. I have been a patient here for more than 26 years and the service has always been excellent.

Been 3 times now and every time it's been stellar service, Dr Carter has always been transparent on what's best and I've been well informed throughout. All staff members are so genuine and lovely and of course, always super clean too! Couldn't recommend the entire team enough!
