Both my daughter and I had appointments today, and we had a very positive experience. Mr Kristaq Nita was calm, kind, and incredibly patient, helping us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our appointment. He took the time to carry out a thorough examination, clearly explain his findings, discuss the recommended treatment, and outline the plan going forward. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we understood everything before we left. Everyone here was very helpful and kind. Thank you! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ive had two really positive experiences at Diamond Dental in Newport Pagnell. Mirela on reception is absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming and always smiling, which immediately puts you at ease. Dr Elena was clear, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, while also being kind and understanding throughout. The nurses were chatty, friendly and very helpful too. The clinic itself is immaculate and feels really modern and well cared for. I’ll admit I initially thought the location was a bit bizarre being above a restaurant and cocktail bar, but don’t let that put you off — once you’re up those stairs inside, it feels worlds apart. Would highly recommend!

Kristaq was calm, kind, and incredibly precise, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The filling looks completely natural and was done with no pain at all. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and reassuring.
