I honestly can’t recommend this dental practice enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The check-up was the most thorough I’ve ever had, and everything was explained so clearly. The hygienist appointment was brilliant too, professional and so reassuring. Such a positive experience from start to finish!

I was recommended by my hairdressers sharon to come and see johan about advice and treatment. Best recommendation ever. I've been so please with my treatments and the friendly staff. Big shout out to lyndsey as she always makes me feel calm as I'm a nervous patient. My hygienist is very good too, and always talks me through everything.

I’m younger days I’ve not had the greatest experiences with dentists but since coming to Dentata Charta that’s changed dramatically - from my first phone call through multiple recent visits, the team have been extremely welcoming and caring. Johan has been fantastic, explaining honestly all of the options and treating me kindly & with compassion and professionalism when he knows I’m not always the easiest patient! I am a nervous patient with a severe gag reflex. Johan and Lynsey made me feel at ease and were able to successfully perform root canal surgery. They were amazing! Ingrid copes well with my problems and is very patient with me when I have a hygienist appointment with her and I am very thankful. The receptionists are always very understanding and deal with my questions quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend the team at Dentata Charta. They are an incredible team!

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the care I received from Louisa and Leonie. I have not been to the dentist for many years due to health anxiety. Unfortunately I had no choice recently due to needing dental clearance for cardiac surgery. Louisa and Leonie were incredible! They were calm, kind, professional, caring and compassionate.. I had to have a tooth extraction and never in a million years thought I would be able to get through the procedure. With the help of Louisa and Leonie I got through it with no issues and no pain!! They really were incredible and I am so grateful.

I have been going to Dentata for almost 15 years now; they offer an amazing array of services and have always been able to help me achieve my teeth goals. In particular I really value how warm and inviting the surgery is. Would highly recommend.

Have been going to Dentata since moving to the area 25 years ago. Dentists, hygienists and reception staff, the whole team, have always been polite, efficient and very aware of the issues some folks have with 'dentists'. Great team, great treatment.
