Bank House Dental

I completed my braces treatment and Enlighten teeth whitening at bank house with Dr Vipul and I am so incredibly happy with my results! From the beginning of my treatment right to the end, I’ve always felt I've been given the BEST care possible! Thank you so much to Dr Vipul, the lovely receptionists and my dental nurses, Shannon and Grace!

I just want to really praise this practice. This is my second review. I suffer with major anxiety, & I just cannot fault the care & compassion of Sally , the dental therapist & her assistant enough. So considerate regarding my anxiety. I had a thorough deep clean which has made my teeth look so much better & brighter. Next time I come, my anxiety will be halved! Also, brilliant dentist Pav, & very friendly, lovely reception staff. Basically, I just cannot fault this practice. Well done to all of you!

Place is stunning inside and the reception ladies were lovely. We changed dentist after being dissatisfied with the one we have been seeing for a decade in Shelton. Our new dentist was very thorough and knowledgeable and we are glad for the change.

Saw jazz and steph this afternoon, I was having a filling and a deep clean and was absolutely terrified, but they both kept reasurring me and making sure that I was okay and they both made me feel at ease and very comfortable, jazz told me she was new and I hope she stays for a very long time! She was amazing!

My son chipped my front tooth the week before our wedding. I messaged Bank House and was greeted with such friendly, helpful and assuring people. They arranged an appointment for the following day. On the day of my appointment I arrived at the beautifully renovated building and greeted by the wonderful staff. The dentist I saw was incredibly helpful and within 15 minutes of sitting in his chair my tooth was fixed and looked better than ever. I even sorted out a new retainer whilst I was there. I can’t recommend Bank House Dental enough, everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and just lovely and the service provided was amazing. And I’ll be forever grateful for smile in my wedding photos

I went to the new building yesterday for the first time, I was so nervous, l was welcomed by the lovely reception ladies, then l went into see Gaurav & Jackie they were very calming and explained everything they were doing, l knew my teeth needed some treatment so we agreed on the plan and I'm going back in a couple of weeks and I'm actually looking forward to seeing them all again. Thank you everyone x I went back for my treatment yesterday really nervous as l was having teeth out, as the last time Gaurav & Jackie explained everything they were doing at every step. They were so kind & caring towards me. Thank you all for looking after me.

I can't recommend this practice enough.from the friendly receptionists to the wonderful Vipul and his team.as an anxious patient they put me totally at ease.such lovely people and fantastic dental work.thank you so much 😁
