Had my son’s first appointment with Konstantina today at the quayside clinic and she was amazing! Very informative about the treatment plan, very upbeat and full of fun whilst delivering a fantastic service! She answered all questions we both had and took her time to explain what to expect at the next appointment! Very happy and looking forward to seeing results after waiting a long time for an appointment when the last orthodontist left the practice!

Absolutely fantastic experience here today! Courtney was so lovely and welcoming, and konstantina was a breath of fresh air. So kind and caring, and continued to make us laugh! Just what we needed on a rainy January day. She made my son feel at ease and we cannot wait to return and see them again, along with being fitted for his brace. Amazing experience at the orthodontics today! Jas and Lizzy were both so friendly and welcoming — they made my daughter feel really comfortable from the moment we arrived 😊 The whole process of getting her braces fitted was quick, easy and completely stress-free. Everything was explained clearly and she said it was very comfortable. Such a lovely, professional team — highly recommend! ✨

High-level service. The staff was amiable and helpful. Today, Jazz and Lizzie were very friendly and happy to answer questions. The atmosphere was relaxed, with music and humming in the background.🎶🎶😊

Visited Neo Dental (West Road) to upgrade my son’s twin block braces to a full set of new braces, and the experience was fantastic! Jazz and Lizzie did an amazing job fitting the new braces perfectly — so smooth and professional! They also gave us super clear and helpful instructions to keep his teeth healthy. Couldn’t be happier with the care we received!

In the same position as the last 2 reviews. On my daughter’s dental notes from April 25 it states review and take photos to remove braces in 6-8 weeks. Due to lack of appointments fast forward to April 26 appointment for them to be removed , CANCELLED. No regard for patients welfare. Reported to CQC and PALS. Braces were fitted in march 23

Konstantina is an amazing orthodontist. Always puts my child at ease and explains all procedures in detail. She is so welcoming, professional and friendly. Her team around her Grace and Courtney are also a credit to the practice. Highly recommend ☺️
