When I lost a tooth and wanted to explore the option of having a dental implant, my dental surgery recommended James. This was a big ordeal for me [I have a phobia of losing my teeth] and when I first met James, he ran through all of the options available. He knew I was anxious and at the end of my consultation, I left his surgery feeling so much happier and knew I wanted to proceed with an implant. A week or so later I contacted the surgery to advise them of this and a series of appointments were made for me. James is an absolute professional and was brilliant throughout the whole process. He put me at ease and explained each step along the way. At my final appointment James fitted the implant and asked me to take a look in the mirror. The implant was perfect - when I took a look I had to seriously think about which tooth was the actual implant! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James. The treatment I received from him and his team was nothing short of fantastic.
