Bupa Dental Care Newbury, Pentangle

I recently had my first crown tooth put into place at Bupa Dental Care Newbury, Pentangle. There wasn't much of my original tooth left. The new crown was expertly fitted. It feels very comfortable and gives me great confidence to know it is strong and looks very natural. I very much appreciate the great care I received during my treatment.

This dental practice exudes professionalism. When I phoned up for an appointment, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. The practice is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The dentist, nurses and oral hygienist were all extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this practice.

I would highly recommend this practice. Kasia and Natalie on reception are always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Dr Birla and the dental nurses are thorough and attentive, and they do a wonderful job of putting you at ease before any treatment.

My dentist Shivani Birla was very clear and explained everything she was going to do before the treatment. My hygienist was thorough and recommended great cleaning practices. The lady at the front desk helped me with my insurance payments. Overall I am very happy with my experience.

Today’s visit was for Dr.Oretti to examine the implants he inserted 3months ago and change the healing caps. Parking was stress free. The receptionists were pleasant and professional. Dr.Oretti came to meet me in the waiting room at the appointed time. His manner was professional and courteous, as usual. He examined the implants and changed the caps. The insertion of the caps was a little uncomfortable but he did warn me. He took X-rays of the implants and showed me that they were both in an optimum position and the bone had healed well. He said he would write to by dentist in Cheltenham with the details. The appointment was most satisfactory and I would certainly recommend Dr.Oretti and this surgery to anyone.

Superb Practice. I’ve been with Pentangle BUPA IN Newbury for years. From reception, hygienists and dentists, the care and quality of treatment is superb. Few people love going to the dentist, but this practice has kept my teeth and their ancient fillings in great shape. I’m always glad I came…

Came in a new patient with emergency temp. crown repair, I am covered by Bupa and hadnt used them before. Great, fast service, seen same day, wasnt overly busy, ran on time, fixed for free (covered by my plan). Modern, clean practice with friendly dentists and staff, I can be a nervous patient but felt at ease here.
