The Fountain is simply the best dentist I have ever been to, I would recommend it to anyone. Caroline Tancock is very skilled and is also kind and patient. If you are someone who is afraid of needles or dentistry in general, there is nowhere better to go. The premises are clean and well maintained and all the staff are efficient, friendly and nice. Honestly if you are looking for a new dentist this is where you should go!
Hadn't been back to the Fountain for some years out of sheer laziness, but I have to say the experience of going back for a fair bit of work was thoroughly positive. All the staff are very customer-friendly and helpful. Shout-outs to the dentist Caroline and the hygenist Jenna, who were extremely patient in restoring my ramshackle teeth, and carried out the work with great care. A deserved five starts for the Fountain Dental Practice.
Can you believe a dentist is 5 STAR? Well Caroline Tancock at The Fountain Dental Surgery certainly is! If it wasn't for Caroline I would not go to the dentist! Excellent service all round. Always like visiting an old friend. Don't go anywhere else!
I saw the two Lucy' who were both as efficient and professional as always. The practice was welcoming and the treatment, including a repair which was not pre-booked, all seemed first class. I shall be back in six months!

I was offered an appointment the day I phoned with a painful tooth that had a long history. Dr Tancock recommended an extraction. I was nervous, but she did the procedure with no pain and a lot of thoughtful follow up info, brushes, toothpaste etc. I haven't had any problems since. This is why I love the Fountain Dental practice!
