Redcliffe Dental Practice

I have been going to this dentist for the past couple of months, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have always struggled with severe anxiety about visiting the dentist, ever since I was a child, so finding a practice where I feel comfortable and at ease has been incredibly important to me. From the moment you walk in, all of the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes such a difference. I have had several treatments here, including root canals, fillings, and a tooth extraction, and throughout every visit I have felt well looked after. A special thank you to Claire, who has been absolutely brilliant. She has been so patient, understanding, and supportive, and has really helped me feel much less anxious about going to the dentist. The pricing is also very reasonable and definitely worth the money for the excellent level of care and service you receive. If you are nervous about dental treatment or looking for a caring and professional practice, I would 100% recommend this dentist to anyone.

I’m genuinely nervous about the dentist, so this was something I’d been dreading. I had a root canal here over two long appointments and, somehow, it turned out to be far less frightening than expected. Dr Massi was excellent — calm, clear, and very reassuring. He explained what was happening at each stage, which made a huge difference and stopped my imagination running away with itself. The reception staff were just as lovely: friendly, patient, and very good at putting nervous people at ease. Dentistry will never be my favourite activity, but this practice made something I was truly anxious about feel manageable (and no dramatic exits were required). I’d highly recommend them, especially to anyone who feels nervous about dental treatment.

Honestly if I could give this place more stars I would! Around 3 years ago, I started coming here with severe needle phobia and huge amount of work to catch up on having not been to a dentist in 10 years. Claire has been brilliant, from day one she was so understanding about my anxiety and encouraging of my efforts to go and get the work done, and I can finally say today that after 3 years I've managed to catch up on everything that needed doing calmly and in my own time. Claire and the team are brilliant, and I can not recommend Redcliffe Dental Practice enough! ❤️

This was my first visit today. All staff (reception and dental) were warm and welcoming. Camilla is a great hygienist, and made me feel at ease. Very pleased and highly recommended .

Been with this practice for nearly 5 years and am completely satisfied with the services provided. The staff are always very polite, friendly and provide a very high standard of care. Cost of treatment is always transparently explained up front, so no surprises. I would highly recommend

I recently visited this Dentist to have Xrays and a check up, as I am a contractor who was in the area at the time as I am due to travel abroad for cosmetic Dental surgery, I must say I was very pleased that I chose this Dental Practice, all the Staff where absolutley outstanding the Receptionist, the Hygenist, Dental Nurses and of course the Dental Surgeon, all were very welcoming and Friendly and answered any questions that I had in detail and also offered thorough proffesional advice, I highly recommend this Dental Practice

Always a pleasurable experience from the pleasent happy receptionists to Camilla my hygienist who always has my teeth looking there best and Massi my dentist gentle and considerate couldn't be happier with Redcliffe Dental Practice highly recommend. Thanks Tony
