Bupa Dental Care Neath

Those who work at Bupa Neath have amazing people skills and knowledge their field incredibly well. Dr Aziz was my dentist, who took me through each stage of creating my veneers. He is a genius at that, and such an intelligent man. He knew with confidence exactly how procedures were done, and spoke to me in a way to understand what was going on. I could not praise Dr Aziz enough for what my veneers look like and how happy he's made me feel!

I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment but was then kept waiting for almost half an hour after the appointment time. I have a pathological fear of dentistry, so I was hugely anxious when I got into the chair. Despite my telling the dentist of my phobia, she did nothing to put me at ease and seemed to blame the poor state of my teeth on drinking and smoking, despite my having quit smoking over 26 years ago! She made no attempt to explain to me what she was doing and randomly mentioned procedures like root canal, at one point saying "if you don't like root canal work". I mean, who the heck DOES like it. The nurse didn't seem to be quite familiar with the system used to record the examination and the dentist had to go around my mouth more than once. She also jammed one of those horrible x-ray plates in my mouth and complained when I couldn't bite down on it far enough because it was hurting me to do so. I was trembling when I got out of the chair and felt physically sick. I went in the next day, cancelled the next appointment and took myself off their books. It was a waste of £95 but, given the work I have to have done, I need to have a dentist I can trust and feel at ease with.

Dr Antroula is a star. She creates an environment where you feel completely at ease, making it easy to ask questions and communicate openly. She consistently goes above and beyond, adding thoughtful touches and extra support that make a noticeable difference. Her dedication and attention to detail make the entire experience exceptional.

What a very satisfying experience with Antroula and the team at Neath Bupa. I am very very happy with the end result and could not have been made more at ease - 10 of of 10 all round

Amazing experience today having my filling. Laura and Bianca were really professional while making me feel at home. After having the numbing injections I was actually given time for it to kick in before the procedure which doesn’t happen at all dentists! Rachel and Sophie were great on reception and sorted my bupa claim instantly, they were also knowledgeable about other treatments I was querying. Top marks!

I had an amazing experience having 4 teeth fillings. Each procedure done very well by dentist Ewelina and her assistants. Professional care making me feel at home. Very friendly and helpful ladies in reception were really great and sorted my bupa claim instantly. Remind me by txt and call about my appointments. I had a big fear for the dentists before. With their awesome service I have no problem to go for my visits anymore. No pain. Very happy now. Thank you very much ! Awesome five stars!

Waiting for over a year with this terrible dentist for NHs don't think they ever was planning to replace them dropped people like tomorrow leaving people in pain absolutely.Disgusting , cared more about making money than people's health
