Karrar is so knowledgeable, passionate and informative and gave us more than enough guidance and help. Nothing was too much trouble. I have just completed my implant treatment and although it took a bit longer than I expected I am very pleased with the result. I can’t thank Gemini and Mo enough for their professionalism and support throughout the whole process. Gemini always explained what she was doing during my appointments, checked in with me by telephone after some of the procedures and was very patient when I sometimes found things a little difficult. The hardest part was the sinus lift which was carried out in Cambridge by Dr Wail Girgis supported by Gemini which I was very nervous about. Both put me at ease, again explaining what was happening and ensured I was comfortable throughout. If you’re considering having an implant I would definitely recommend Gemini.

I came to Two Mile Ash as my existing dental surgery were going through a take over, which in turn delayed my treatment. I can honestly say Gemini has been amazing throughout, explained everything in detail, made me feel comfortable and always checked in on me after treatment. All the staff at the clinic are friendly and helpful, and despite a small admin error (which was rectified), I am extremely happy with the treatment I have received. I was in pain with a suspected abcess, i tried to contact my usual dentist but the phone wasnt being picked up. I then started to look at an alternative as I didnt want another sleepless night! and it was a Friday! rang this clinic and got an emergency appointment within about an hour. I was prescribed a course of anti-biotics which they had at reception. Perfect, quick and professional response, so I have since decided to move to this practice and have had an initial check up with them with further treatment in the future and about a mile from work. Would thoroughly recommend.

I was not feeling well when I attended my last appointment. Everyone I met with was particularly kind and caring. I was even offered a lift home if I needed it. So very thoughtful

Dr Yassin, Tiegan and Mo were a godsend today when I was in pain! Will be returning as a regular patient. Thank you so much to the lovely receptionists too who I didn’t catch the names of!
