As a cancer patient, getting a sudden gum infection treated quickly and safely was incredibly critical for me. This clinic went above and beyond. I had referred and offered me in for an immediate appointment and took the extra time to coordinate safely with my condition. Special thanks to Dr. Adetoun A. Soyombo was exceptionally cautious, compassionate, and professional. I am so grateful for their swift action and amazing care. Highly recommend 👍

I had a tooth extracted yesterday (25/03/26) at this clinic, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Everything and everyone was so professional, and all the information was explained clearly upfront. I was quite anxious because I’d been referred due to the tooth being very close to the nerve, but the procedure was completed within 20 minutes. I was sedated for the appointment, and the whole team was incredibly supportive and reassuring throughout. Dr Wale Towolawi was amazing—he really helped put me at ease, even making me smile and distracting me during the procedure. My experience with everyone, from the receptionist to the nurses, was excellent. A special thank you to Daniela for being so patient and supportive. It’s now nearly a day later, and the pain has been very manageable—I only needed paracetamol and ibuprofen last night. This is the first dental extraction I’ve had that didn’t leave me in agony. Thank you all again!

I had two teeth removed under sedation 2 weeks ago, an upper wisdom tooth and an upper molar tooth on the other side. I was nervous, as I am sure most are, especially as I do not like extractions, but I have to thank Dr Patel and her team for putting me at ease from the moment I entered her surgery and for the professional manner in the way they carried out their work. The sedation worked marvelously and I really have very little memory of the procedure that was undertaken. If anyone reads this review, I can honestly say, have no fear, the Sedation works! I had an NHS referral, sedated wisdom tooth extraction. Mrs Patel and her nurses made me feel calm and relaxed straight away. I'm a little nervous with needles, but I didn't even notice it. The whole procedure seemed to take nearly two minutes. Highly recommended

Was referred to this Otho by my dentice over 2 years ago, finally got an appointment yesterday they sat my 13 year old down told her she had disgusting teeth and definitely needed braces but scored her so low knocked her confidence and then told her she didn’t qualify for NHS treatment so basically cough up 3k or get out my chair! Disgusting what a wast of 2 years! Ruin a child confidence and get let down by the system. Dentice was rude abrupt and shattered my daughter’s confidence!

I attended for a wisdom tooth extraction and although there was a bit of a wait I completely understand these things happen. Once in the surgery though the kindness and skill of the team was amazing and it was truly a painless experience and so quick I didn't even get out of the school run! Well done ladies!

Just wanted to feedback that I had a wonderful experience on my appointment last 04/11/25 with the dentist (I forgot their names.. her’s and the dentist assistant, my apologies 😞). I had two teeth extractions done and it was finished in under 20mins with minimal pain after the numbness has worn off. The dentist was very caring and she was always checking up on me if I was okay all throughout the procedure. They explained all the aftercare throughly. They’re very accommodating and friendly which made me feel comfortable given that this was my first NHS referral procedure. The receptionists were very welcoming and nice as well.
