I’m naturally a very nervous patient, so the idea of having an implant felt daunting — but Pav, Sammy and the Roka Dental team completely changed that for me. From the first consultation, they were understanding, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I felt at ease. Pav talked me through every stage, answered all my questions, and worked with such confidence and precision that I felt reassured throughout the entire process. The final result is outstanding: the implant looks natural, feels comfortable, and has given me so much more confidence. I’m incredibly grateful to Pav, Sammy and the Roka Dental team for their exceptional care and would wholeheartedly recommend them, especially to anyone who feels anxious about dental treatment.

I honestly can’t recommend Roka Dental enough. After being unhappy with previous composite bonding done elsewhere, I met Alastair last year and immediately felt at ease. He completely understood the look I wanted and explained every option clearly, which made me trust him straight away. After 6 months of Invisalign followed by composite bonding on 6 teeth, the results are better than I ever imagined, I’m so happy with my teeth. The bonding appointment was long, but Alastair and Sammie made me feel so relaxed throughout, and being able to watch Netflix during the appointment with the new glasses that connected to my phone was amazing! I’ve also seen Erin the hygienist, who has been amazing too. The whole team are so kind and professional, I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

My 6 year old son had a traumatic experience with emergency dental treatment at the hospital after an accident at school and also has sensory sensitivities. His NHS dentist could not treat him and referred him to the special care dentist and we also tried another dentist with experience of treating anxious patients who also could not work with him. So I was incredibly relieved to find ROKA and Alastair. From the first appointment it was a different experience. Alastair is incredibly patient, calm and kind and has implemented a personalised treatment plan to build to some (what is for many other children) minor dental work. Every time my son goes he is more confident and I’m amazed at the progress he has made. Alastair works at my son’s pace and is thoughtful about accommodating my son’s sensory needs, for example, switching the room lights off during appointments. The wider team are friendly and approachable and respectful of my communication preferences as a neurodivergent person. I could not recommend them more highly and am incredibly grateful to Alastair and his team.

Absolutely wowed by my experience at ROKA Dental! Amelia, my hygienist, was amazing—so informative, thorough, and genuinely helpful. She explained everything in fine detail and made me feel completely at ease. Alastair, my dentist, was equally impressive. He took his time to go through everything in great detail, nothing too much trouble, and answered all my questions. He has also put together a clear treatment plan for me, which I certainly will be following up. The whole team are incredibly professional, and the level of care really stands out. Highly recommend! Amazing, from the moment you walk into Roka there is a sense of calm and kindness. Feeling anxious about having sedation as my mouth is very small I was absolutely fine Charlotte the sedation nurse held my hand right through the procedure and I felt fine afterwards. Harry my dentist completed crown preparation and a filling I felt no discomfort at all after. On my next appointment the permanent crown was fitted and it was such an easy procedure I didn’t even need a gum injection. All in all I would totally recommend going to Roka so much so my husband has now gone to them.

I had such a fantastic experience meeting Dr. Benton. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Benton was absolutely excellent—calm, thorough, and very reassuring throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. A special mention also to Amelia and Sammy, the hygienists, who were both amazing. They were so friendly, gentle, and attentive, making the whole appointment surprisingly comfortable.
